★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejen, ze objednani na prohlidku necekane komplikovane jen proto, ze operatorka neumi vyhledat meho zamestnavale, a musim volat opakovane, navic mi zrusi kvuli nepritomnosti lekarky vstupni prohlidku, aniz by me jakkoli kontaktovali. Jeste ze z Brna jsou to “jen” tri hodiny cesty, zbytecne promarneny den.
 Not only is ordering a check-up unexpectedly complicated just because the operator can't find my employer, and I have to call repeatedly, but due to the doctor's absence, she cancels the entrance check-up without contacting me in any way. Even from Brno, it's "only" three hours away, an unnecessarily wasted day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operátorky v pohodě, docela se snaží. Přístup lékařského personálu katastrofálně neempatický, přezíravý - jde o pracoviště v Kartouzské ulici v Praze.
Operators cool, quite trying. Approach of medical staff disastrously unempathic, disdainful - it is a workplace in Kartouzská street in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednání online na čas je super. Nemusím zbytečně čekat v čekárně. Zkusila jsem během covidu i vzdálený chat s lékařem a vyřešila jsem problém, aniž bych k doktorovi vůbec musela osobně přijít. Kéž by to takhle moderně fungovalo všude... Určitě doporučuju.
Ordering online on time is great. I don't have to wait unnecessarily in the waiting room. I tried a remote chat with the doctor during the covid and solved the problem without having to come to the doctor in person at all. I wish it worked like this in modern terms everywhere ... I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operátoři mají neustále problém se systémem a načítáním dat, nejsou schopni vyhovět žádosti na prohlídku na konkrétním pracovišti a prosbě o prohlídku v určité dny. Klidně pošlou sms s termínem na druhé straně Prahy a v den, který jsem avizovala jako nevhodný. Při opakované reklamaci přišel nový termín, ale opět na druhou stranu Prahy a světe div se - ve stejný nevhodný den. Velká nepružnost, mechanický přístup.
Operators constantly have problems with the system and loading data, they are not able to comply with requests for inspections at a specific workplace and requests for inspections on certain days. They will send an SMS with a date on the other side of Prague and on the day I announced as inappropriate. During the repeated complaint, a new date came, but again on the other side of Prague and the world is amazed - on the same inappropriate day. Great inflexibility, mechanical approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po mé zkušenosti s tímto molochem který má pobočky po celé ČR.
Špatně placení doktoři + přepracování, ale co já vím. Zdravotní sestry co nemají rádi klepání a tzv. recepční stojí na tři věci.
Dneska jsem se dokonce dozvěděl, že já můžu za chyby tzv. recepcnich v těchto klinikách a nechá jsi proplatit léky které jsem jsi ani nevyzvedl.
Tomu já říkám okrádání pojišťovny a vím jakou mají filozofii.
Okrademe všechny o všechno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a very simple thing.My blood test results on email.Was promissed it will be send on email, still hasn't happened, 2 days after the request.
Same blood test had to "persuade" doctor to be able to take them, after her view was that "not much can change from previous tests 6 months before"
WOW.
Maybe look further, this is pure business, not medicine, not looking for what could be wrong if you are feeling unwell, that for sure.
