Service nice food fine but we waited an hour and a half for food.

The first experience here and now we know the last. After ordering a drink, we waited for maybe 25 minutes and unfortunately the coffee with the ordered drink did not arrive. After half an hour, the waiter protested that foam was whipping. We waited for food for maybe 45 minutes. 2 portions were brought, one of which had a bad side dish, the waiter took the food to the next table. This was followed by a 20-minute wait, after which the waiter brought a cold sauce with uncooked rice. Terror. One star is too much.

Today very unpleasant service, the lady was not very willing and still not in the mood :) I will definitely not come again :)) I waited for the latte for over half an hour :)

At the time of my visit to Teplice, the first colder and cloudy weekend after many weeks of heat and sunny days, so the restaurant U Zámku, as well as the area of ​​Zámecké náměstí, was empty, which did not bother me in the slightest (quite the opposite). The place is presented as a small and cozy restaurant, which can be agreed. It cooks snacks, pasta, risotto and salads here. It is possible to organize corporate events, parties and celebrations. Certainly one of the biggest advantages is the possibility of sitting outside in a relatively large garden, or at smaller tables along the front wall. The opportunity to have coffee, a small beer and a cigarette overlooking the castle, both churches and the beautiful column of the Holy Trinity, was one of the most beautiful experiences that afternoon. At the time of my visiting Teplice there was the first colder and frothy weekend after several weeks of hot and sunny days, so Restaurant U Zámku as well as the area of ​​Zámecké Square was empty, which I did not mind at all (just the opposite ). The place is presented as a small and cozy restaurant with which I can agree. You can find minute steaks, pasta, risotto or salads here. There is the possibility of organizing corporate events, parties and celebrations. Certainly one of the biggest advantages is the possibility of sitting outdoors on a relatively large covered beer garden or at smaller tables along the front wall. The possibility of having coffee, a small beer and a cigarette overlooking the chateau, both churches and the beautiful Trinity Column, was one of the best experiences this afternoon.

Pleasant service, average food - good steak, dense potato salad, empty garden, food brought in 10 minutes.

long wait for everything, soup 20 min (3 occupied tables) and payment - we preferred to go to the counter. We shouldn't have done that, it was visible in the kitchen. ... It is said that China disgusted food with fragile vegetables - burnt meat and vegetables drowned in soybeans.

We were waiting for the dance mania Cup to be announced and we were looking for a place to eat. Unfortunately, a bunch of restaurants nearby were closed on Sundays. We walked a bit and sat here in the garden. The staff limped a bit with the knowledge of the currency, but it could have been a part-time job. Homemade lemonade excellent, Bernard 12 also soaked up quickly. The food was about 30 minutes. I appreciate the exact french fries, restaurants have quite a problem with that. Overall, we enjoyed it.
