I have to change my rating from 5 stars because today my experience here was far from good. It's the first time I come for lunch, and it is very busy, that is why I was ready to be very patient and let the very busy (rather overworked, 2 waitresses for the full restaurant plus all the orders to go, etc... is simply not enough) staff work on their own rhythm. As I arrive in this fully packed restaurant I find only one available table, but this table had a reserved sign, so I try the best I can to ask if I can sit there saying that I am alone (trying to say I am one). At that point I am still wearing my coat and haven't gotten close enough to the table to even see the menu. The waitress then ignores me for a while, doesn't take my order, not even for drinks. She brings me the soup, which is the same for everyone, but as I try to catch her attention she runs away. She eventually brings me a plate that I hadn't ordered (still no drink...), as I struggle to explain that I never ordered I understand that she thought I ordered the menu 1 when I actually asked if I could sit. Misunderstandings happen and she's very busy, I understand. But she takes the plate and turns around obviously showing she is upset... And still doesn't take my order... This reaction was much less understandable than the mistake. And this was it until I asked her colleague for the dish I actually wanted to order (at that point I truly just wanted to leave but only stayed because I had already had the soup), and she quickly went to order that dish completely forgetting my drink order... I still haven't had a drink, but I've given up and just want to leave without spending any more money here... This new 3 star rating is taking in account when everything went well on my previous visit on a September evening... Today alone would be 1 star...

The restaurant is good. We took grilled hermelin cheese as a starter with potato pancakes as a side dish. Both are delicious. Also, we took homemade red wine and grog as beverage. Both are fine. Staffs are nice. The menu is available in English and free WiFi is available. Payment by card is not possible.
