About Restaurant - Café HARMONIA, u sv. Jakuba

Jsme nejstarší tradiční česká restaurace v Kutné Hoře. Provozujeme ji bez přerušení na stejném místě, pod stejným vedením a jen se zřídka měnícím se personálem již od roku 1993.

Naše nabídka stojí na základech české kuchyně, respektive na její modifikaci, pod čímž si představte zejména přizpůsobování se moderním trendům. Z dalších moderních směrů u nás naleznete výběr burgerů, těstovin, salátů, dezertů a specialit z grilu.

Již více než 20 let pro naše hosty připravujeme v zimním období “měsíc mexické kuchyně”. S mexickou kuchyní mají naši kuchaři rovněž bohaté zkušenosti. Od roku 1999 spolupracujeme s texasanem Clintonem E. K., který nám dodává většinu regionálních potravin přímo z Mexika.

Kromě tohoto latinskoamerického zpestření se ale po zbytek roku zaměřujeme na místní dodavatele. Můžete u nás ochutnat umění kutnohorských vinařů, místních a okolních pivovarníků, farmářů, regionálního výrobce likérů atd.

F	Florin Baiduc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had the beef stew - was basically 4 pieces of 1 inch chopped beef with a thick and miserable flour sauce and some raw onions for good measure - really bad tasting, small volume and very expensive for what you've got (it shouldn't cost more than 0.50 EUR in ingredients alone). It seems they are focused on the tourist customers that hadn't had yet the chance of finding better placed. What the kids had tasted better than this darned beef "stew"... Not recommended.

It took about 2 hours for the food to come out. Once it came out the meat was very overcooked. The person I came with ordered a different side and the order came out wrong. The waitress did not offer to fix the order. Now i understand, smaller town, might have slower service but this was insane. It took the waitress a rather long time to bring out tarter sauce. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The restaurant isn’t very big so you may end up waiting for a while. Here you’ll also find traditional Czech dishes. The gluten free vegetarian option is really only salad which was a little difficult, but the fries are gluten free so that was a plus.

Served local Beer has several wrong tastes and is not enjoyable at all. This mix cannot be saved by nice and cheerful service.

Tips will always be offered if service is deserving but asking for one is just rude. ❌ Took over 15 minutes to have drinks and food ordered. It was not busy at all. Food arrived quickly, most were good. Some dishes were better than others. ❌Took another 15 minutes for the bill, and staff still didn't bring the bill so had to go inside to pay. Limited vegetarian and no vegan dishes. Prices were more expensive than Prague. Outdoor garden seating with plenty of shade. Has upstairs outdoor seating. Located in a nice area just down from the castle and cathedral.
