Montáž oken proběhla perfektně, chlapci co to montovali mají u mne za 1.
Bohužel jsem nedávno zjistil, že se při dodávce oken stala chyba ze strany sub-dodavatele a okna nejsou bezpečná a hrozí vypadnutí oken. Nejvíce mi zarazilo to, že paní na infolince mi s klidem řekla že už to několik týdnů ví ale firma Ri Okna nic nedělá. Výrobce kování MACO obesílá majitele nebezpečných oken sama a buďto jedná za zády RI oken a nebo RI Okna jsou natolik neschopní, že si to raději sub dodavatel chce řešit sám? Za mne každopádně ani ti šikovní montážníci, nezvýší hodnocení.

Unfortunately, I recently found out that there was an error in the delivery of the windows by the sub-supplier and the windows are not safe and there is a risk of the windows falling out. What struck me most was that the lady on the infoline calmly told me that she had known for several weeks, but Ri Okna was not doing anything. The MACO hardware manufacturer sends the owner of the dangerous windows itself and either acts behind the backs of the RI windows or the RI Windows are so incapable that the sub supplier wants to solve it himself? In any case, even those skilled assemblers will not increase the rating for me.
