★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of being ripped off. You will be offered fish that is priced in the menu 290 kronas (about $14) by 100 gm. You will not be said about the weight of the fish offered ( we offered Flounder). A price you will be charged greatly exceeds any reasonable price. The price of the plate of our fish was $200. Moreover, check your bill if it includes any tip. Even though it is illegal in Czechia to add any tip in the bill and any tip is absolutely voluntary and customarily no more than 5% of the total amount, our bill included a tip in the amount of 10% of the total amount. Beware of rip-off !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food we ordered was good and it came out quick but the waiters had rushed reiterating our order when I tried to slide dessert in there. Would like to try the dessert if there is a next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, this is the one of the best pizza margarita I have ever try and for sure here is the best spaghetti frutti di mare in Karlovy Vary!
This restaurant is very famous between the celebrity, because many of the pictures in the restaurant feature the most famous people who visited Karlovy Vary and they all been at that restaurant.)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is overly expensive when considering quality. The waiter who served us was a bit of a nightmare, rude. We asked for wine list, he said he will bring bottle of wine for us and we will not need the wine list, we stopped him right before he opened the bottle, asking for a price, which was 70 eur - when we said its just too much he got offended. He would keep on reminding us we are in Karlovy Vary and these are normal prices...which is not true (we hot superb service, meal and wine in Hotel Romance Puskin for instance). Pizza was another dissapointment - for 11 Eur they used cheap 3 pieces of ham. The only possitive is the location, thats all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They caught a white and a red snake. They cooked it with cement and put it against the walls in the toilet. The pizza diavola is delicious!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad and racist place. We are speaking English and the waiter comes and says he can only speak Chinese, as a joke. We order coffee and deserts and says they are a pizzeria and not cafeteria, for which they ask us to leave ?.
He saw we were confused and started to shake his hand like he would tell an animal is not welcomed.
The most horrible customer service I have experienced in Karlovy Vary. If you don’t have other option for where to go eat, order at home/restaurant and avoid Capri - 0 stars from me if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were moved at different tables so rudely, making it our fault we sat at their terrace. As soon as we ordered (group of 6) I’ve asked nicely if the waiter could speak basic English as we’re not Czech and he replied rudely that sure, he could speak Chinese too, mocking me. On top of all this, we were asked, again rudely, twice if we can get out from their terrace when they found out we only want drinks to have(in English now, not Chinese, as he stated earlier): “we’re here a restaurant and if you want just food go somewhere else!!”
Definitely do not recommend a place like this!!!!! Stuff, service - EXTREMELY BAD!!!
