Perfect real estate agency. The broker will let you into the apartment with the words "look at it", no proactive approach, mainly that she writes in advance and calls to bring a commission. He lets you wait a little outside in the winter, where he then calls to let you know the next day. That night the ad disappears. A fair deal would not hurt, it would save time for both parties.

The inspection of the apartment, which I entrusted to Mr. Radek Kučírek, took place without the slightest problem. I highly recommend, he is an expert in his profession.

I thank the RK Group for the information and care for the sale of our property. You changed our perception of realtors. If we re-entered the waters of this market, this RK would be our first choice. Everything that was promised has always been respected as well - times, negotiations, signing contracts always with a smile. I definitely recommend it.

At the end of 2021, I decided to rent an apartment in Žižkov with Mr. Kučírek and I have a very bad experience with it, see. below. In the part of the business, Mr. Kučírek will probably be good, he acted professionally and convinced us commercially that he is a very capable salesman who can present what he has to offer. Unfortunately, this is also associated with the fact that even if he misleads the client (customer), in his opinion he has no responsibility for it, and that is both about the broker's professional experience and also about morality. He assured us because it was important to us that the soundproofing of the apartment was excellent and he even knocked on the walls to reassure us that it really is - it's a matter you can't verify other than that you pay a deposit, a booking fee (commission), first rent, bail and then you find out how it is. Peace and sound insulation were important to us. After a week, I called Mr. Kučírek, how it is with the apartment and that we will have to deal with it (the sound came through the poorly made ceiling so that you felt that the neighbor in the next room was at the open door and not behind the wall). The result was our move less than a month after taking over the apartment. We agreed with the owner of the apartment and settled everything to mutual satisfaction, not so with Mr. Kučírek. At a personal meeting when we handed over the apartment, he said that we would solve it. Subsequently, when I called him, he did not pick up my phone several times and then squeezed it - then I received an e-mail that he did not agree with our arguments and that nothing of the commission already paid would give us that he deserved it. He also disagreed with the option to compromise half the commission. Unfortunately, no other way than a legal dispute is possible in this case, so we will probably end there. So far, this experience has cost us only CZK 60,000 (moving + rent + CZK 20,000 deserved commission?) In response to my e-mail that I would have to give him a sad negative review on the Internet, where I rented an apartment on February 9, 2022 replied by e-mail: "I definitely deny that I am responsible for the sound barrier. I told you everything with an unprofessional look and I based on experience from previous tenants who had no problem. I take your comment into account, I do not take it as a threat.
