★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentalni hygiena i běleni naprosto bez chybičky. Citlivý a profesionální přístup, poradí, vysvětlí. Opravdu skvělý přístup.
Mohu nyní ohodnotit i stomatologii a vše super. Nemohu si stěžovat. Nechala jsem si udělat keramické fasety, krckovou plombu. A vážně jednička s*. Pan doktor i sestřička jsou příjemní, vše vysvětlí, citlivý přístup.
 Dental hygiene and whitening without any mistakes. Sensitive and professional approach, advise, explain. Really great approach.
I can now rate the dentistry and everything is great. I can't complain. I had ceramic facets, a neck seal made. And really number one with *. The doctor and the nurse are pleasant, explain everything, sensitive approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě je Smille nejlepší dentální klinikou široko daleko. Slečna na recepci je vždy velmi milá a ochotná.
Profesionalita zubařů je úžasná, vše vysvětlí, zuby vždy kvalitně ošetří a to všechno absolutně bez bolesti.
Po špatných zkušenostech se zubaři je pro mě Smille klinikou, kam se nebojím jít, naopak se vždy moc těším :)
For me, Smille is the best dental clinic by far. The young lady at the reception is always very nice and helpful.
The professionalism of the dentists is amazing, he explains everything, he always treats his teeth well and all this absolutely without pain.
After a bad experience with dentists, Smille is a clinic for me, where I'm not afraid to go, on the contrary, I'm always looking forward to it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trhání osmičky u dr. Kulleho: rychlé objednání (dva pracovní dny), na místě vynikající péče, komunikace, slušnost, precizní a pečlivá práce, nemůžu vytknout nic. Jen teda pak musíte tahat obrázky z peněženky, účast pojišťovny žádná. Ale k tomu postupně stejně spěje celá česká stomatologie.
Tearing the figure eight at dr. Kulle: quick ordering (two working days), excellent care on the spot, communication, decency, precise and careful work, I can't complain about anything. Only then you have to pull pictures from your wallet, no insurance company participation. But the whole of Czech dentistry is gradually doing the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Smille when I was searching for a dentist who had wheelchair access (you would not believe how many do not). The dentist my mother saw for a check-up was so kind to her and helped the caregiver move her from the wheelchair to the dental chair and back again. He gave her a very thorough check-up. My mother also saw the dental hygienist and came home raving about what a great job she did on her the teeth and how nice she was. I immediately called to make an appointment for teeth-cleaning and a dental check-up. All of the interaction I had on the phone and via e-mail was really pleasant and very professional. Everyone at the clinic is simply very nice. I had the same dental hygienist as my mother, and she was right. It was probably the best teeth-cleaning I've ever had, and the hygienist was very nice and had a great sense of humor. Ditto the dentist. Wonderful experience, even though I have to go back and have a very old cavity replaced. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I almost forgot to mention how beautiful and spotlessly clean the clinic is. I am so pleased I found this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the excellent service from the lady at the reception, the high-quality material, and modern installations, I have to leave a bad review.
I went through a traumatic experience here, after the dentist paralyzed my face for 8 hours following the procedure and didn't even finish the job. I even went back on that day as I was so scared that after 4 hours I still could not move the left side of the face, and the dentist came out almost annoyed saying that this was normal. Furthermore, my cheek was in pain for a week, and I could not even touch it to wash it for 4 days. All of this after they put 4 times the anesthesia required (dangerous).
I had to go to another dentist to finish their job and pay extra money. He was surprised that they paralyzed my face, and explained that this was not normal at all, which I knew, as this was not my first visit to the dentist. He did the job smoothly, kindly, with no pain and minimal anesthesia not only finished their unfinished job, but did other teeth, and I could move the face and lip at all times (as expected).
If you go to this practice, don't complain about the pain cause you can end up with a paralyzed half of the face for long anguish hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 3 front teeth that are discolored because of root treatment. I've traveled two times from Germany to Prag to solve the problem. The doctor miss to inform me that the color of the tooth will go through the veneers after some time. He did a perfect job and I was very happy with the results, but after couple of months my teeth are gray again, so the whole procedure was in vain. The clients should get what they want but the doctor is also responsible to inform what could happen in the future and what is the best option for your problem. Still hoping to find a doctor to solve my issue ones and for all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get two dental crowns, and the clinic was able to find an appointment slot for me quickly.
The services are slightly expensive here, and they don't work with insurance companies.
On the inside it looks very clean and modern, equipment seems high quality. Doctor was professional and polite, and I'm happy with the crowns I got.
Both the doctor and the nurse knew English, nurse also knew Ukrainian.
Even considering the somewhat above average prices, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
