Římskokatolická farnost Jiřetín pod Jedlovou je územní společenství římských katolíků, organizačně spadající do děčínského vikariátu, jedním z deseti vikariátů litoměřické diecéze. Před farou na náměstí stojí krásná socha sv. Jana Nepomuckého, kterou obci darovala paní Dagmar Suchá a zrestauroval ji MgA. Ondřej Sklenář z Lužan u Jičína. Vedle fary stojí pozdně renesanční farní kostel Nejsvětější Trojice z konce 16. a začátku 17. století. Bohoslužby se zde konají v neděle od 9:30 a v úterky od 16:30. The Roman Catholic Parish Jiřetín pod Jedlovou is a territorial community of Roman Catholics, administrated by one of the ten vicariates of the Diocese of Litoměřice.
