★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do této posilovny chodím od jejího otevření 2017. Domácí prostředí, pohodový trenér Lukáš, který ochotně pomůže novým zákazníkům, vysvětlí jak, kde a co cvičit. Útulný fitko, které má nově od 1.12.2019 otevřeno celý den. Navíc přímo na metru Skalka, doporučuji.
 I have been to this gym since its opening in 2017. Home environment, relaxed coach Lukáš, who will be happy to help new customers, explain how, where and what to exercise. Cozy gym, which has been open since 1.12.2019 all day. Moreover, directly on the metro Skalka, I recommend.

box pytel, železa, stroje i kardio, stroje staré ale plně funkční

příjemná atmosfera
levný vstup i permice
smaller but furnished fitness, if you want to exercise and not take pictures, you will find everything you need :)
boxing bag, iron, machines and cardio, old machines but fully functional
Showers clean
at the reception a relaxed person
good opening hours -> daily 6-21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu soudit už podruhé jsem se snažil ,,dozvonit" v otevírací době ve všední den a bezvýsledně. Takže první dojem jako nový potencionální zákazník na mě fitko neudělalo.
I can't judge for the second time I tried to "ring" during opening hours on weekdays and to no avail. So the first impression as a new potential customer did not make me fitko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný personál, rodinné fitko, které je hned vedle metra Skalka. Doporučuji navštívit a využít služeb trenéru, kteří Ti ukáží, co a jak. Jako začátečník jsem to velmi ocenila :)
Pleasant staff, Family Fitko, which is next to Skalka metro. I recommend to visit and use the coach service who will show you what and how. As a beginner I greatly appreciated :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That still remains the best gym I have visited in Prague. If you want to feel stronger rock gym is the place to be ,the management is supper friendly and amiable. You have the time to work out and feel cool with yourself. Try rock gym and you will forget you even paid for it.
