I said 'am i talking with M. Plecity?'
he: yes you are. talk quickly.
I: I'd like to book a trip for tomorrow.
he: tomorrow I'm not in prague, unfortunately. [hangs up]
It's really beyond me how customer service can be so low sometimes.
