Hello! I am so satisfied with a clinic and team, especially a big thanks for doctor Aizhan, she was coming to the clinic even if I was the only patient. All of the equipment are new and clean. Receptionist are polite, and always trying to make a soonest appointment if you need. The price a bit higher then in other clinics, but the result is worth it!

During 2019 I was offered a treatment plan for 9 months and in total it was going to cost me 54.000 czk. Unfortunately meanwhile I lost my mom and couldn’t start the treatment. After 11months break I decided to start my treatment again and they said I need a new consultation, which I had appointment with another doctor this time. So I went and ended up with a total different plan, saying I actually need 1,5 years treatment and should pay 90.000 czk! I was so confused and asked my doctor from last year to come in and explain this to me, how is it possible that the new treatment plan can be a longer period when there is no change in my teeth (which they also confirmed). They discussed outside for sometime and when she came in I could see she was uncomfortable with the situation, and ofcourse she also changed her statement and said yes you need a long treatment. And then the worse was they blamed it on the coordinator who I discussed the cost last year. Which I asked wait a minute, is the coordinator deciding the length of my treatment or my doctor?! Then my doctor said ofcourse I decide it, but I don’t know what you talked to her. And they actually had the treatment plan from last year in their records too. Anyways, lastly I asked, “so are you telling me that if I started my treatment last year, I was going to end up with a wrong and bad treatment plan?!” I could see my doctor was very uncomfortable and didn’t know what to say. I totally lost my trust in them as I am not sure if they are doing this for more money or they are incapable of making the correct treatment plan for people. Both ways, this is horrible. I am very much disappointed with this and they didn’t even care to try to explain or convince me on why and how this could have been happened. (Btw they said I could still have the short one if I want but they should trim some of my teeth!! And this time the cost would be 67.000czk, I mean guys are you hearing what you are saying !!??) I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have just started my acquaintance with Invisalign braces and so far I like everything. The staff of the clinic are wonderful, they answer emails even on weekends. I'm happy. can't wait to see the result!

Customer service is very on point, whenever I had any questions over the email or phone, I got a very fast reply. As well as reminding me the appointment made me feel, that the staff really care about their patients. I would highly recommend if you want to fix your teeths with this modern medicine, as everything is invisible and you feel very comfortable.

Arrogant stuff, very poor division of labor. I was there twice, a consultation appointment and the bonding of aligners, there was no specific doctor tracking my case, for the first time I was there, the doctor checked my teeth for like 20s, and then it’s the coordinators job to sell the treatment. For the second time, I met 4 people in total, and they all act like it’s not my case I’m just gonna do part of the job, like bonding attachments, IPR, or so. I felt very disappointed. The cost is relatively high compared to other clinic, but the service I have got doesn’t match, let alone 2 attachments were missing on the very day of bonding, and I remember at the very beginning the person who’s operating it told me she could not speak much English, which greatly limited my ability to get properly informed. Just go somewhere else if you’re not a Czech speaker.

Great service and professional care. They were very flexible and thoughtful around my schedule. I have seen immediate results with the treatment and pleased with the results.

As a current client I have a really great experience with this clinic. All the personnel is very helpful, friendly and professional, however, especially I want to thank and recommend Veronika Dolezalova. She attended me during my last check when I needed to glue 2 more attachments. She made the whole procedure super easy going, funny and enjoyable. Relaxed and laughing experience while in a dental chair is very rare. Veronika breaks the negative stereotype and proves that one can look forward even to going to the orthodontics/dentist. Thank you for that.

I have just started the treatment so I cannot comment yet on the effectiveness by I am confident on the results. The clinic looks very modern, extremely well equipped and the people very professional. Just pay attention on the pricing for the complex treatment, the total amount of 94000czk mentioned in the site is possible if you pay the whole treatment in the first 3 month to get a 10000czk discount, otherwise the real cost of the treatment is 104000czk.
