Horror. They took the money and the service was poorly done. They promised to give the board at 9 in the morning, but in the end they gave only at 10! So also rude. Go around this place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. V této době je neuvěřitelné že ten podnik ještě existuje. Půjčovali jsme snowboard pro syna a tak neochotneho a protivneho člověka jsem posledních dvacet let nepotkal. Neporadil, neseridil, protivny, vzteklý a ještě drahý…. Už nikdy….
Catastrophe. At this time, it is unbelievable that the company still exists. We rented a snowboard for my son and I have not met such a reluctant and annoying person for the last twenty years. He did not advise, did not miser, disgusting, angry and still dear…. Never….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaká to je náhoda, že člověk zrovna ve Špindlu náhodně přijde do nejhůř hodnocené půjčovny. Po mé zkušenosti a přečtení ostatních recenzí souhlasím s absolutně vším. Neochotný personál, staré vybavení, příšerný přístup. Normálně se vždy dívám na hodnocení dopředu, jednou to neudělám a hned jsem za to potrestán. Každopádně nedoporučuji, jeden z nejhorších zážitků v s jakoukoliv službou.
What a coincidence that a person in Špindl accidentally comes to the worst rated rental company. After my experience and reading other reviews, I agree with absolutely everything. Reluctant staff, old equipment, terrible approach. Normally I always look at the evaluation in advance, I won't do it once and I'm immediately punished for it. Anyway, I do not recommend one of the worst experiences in with any service.
