★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za nás tedy veliké zklamání. Pán na telefonu moc milý, ale mladý evidentně neumí řešit problémy.
Dostali jsme dvě kola 24,26 a dvě přilby. Přítel dostal vše v pořádku. Ovšem mě půjčili upocenou, špinavou přilbu. Kolo v hrozném stavu. Šíleně vrzalo, špatně brzdilo. Když jsem to mladému pánovi řekla, řekl mi, že on servis nedělá tak to není jeho problém. Kompenzace nulová.
So a big disappointment for us. The gentleman on the phone is very nice, but the young man obviously can't solve problems.
We got two rounds 24.26 and two helmets. The friend got everything right. But they lent me a sweaty, dirty helmet. Bike in terrible condition. It creaked madly, braking poorly. When I told the young man, he told me that he did not do the service, so it was not his problem. Zero compensation.

We vroegen wanneer we de laatste rit downhil konden doen, '17.45' was het laatste, dus zeiden oké. Om 17.20 gaan we terug naar spindlmax downhill. Alles ingepakt en deur op slot (terwijl er wel staat 9-18 u) laatste bus was ook al geweest, dus maar te voet naar beneden..
After a long walk to Spindlerova bouda we arrived at 16.45
We asked when we could do the last ride downhil, "17.45" was the last one, so said okay. At 5.20 pm we go back to Spindlmax Downhill. Everything packed and door locked (while it says 9 am to 6 pm) last bus had already been, so but on foot down ..
