Hello, I would like to commend your skiing school and especially Martin Průcha. He taught our little Robin (6 years old) to ski a week and most of all he enjoyed it a lot.

Arrogant and unprofessional approach. They are able to hang up and make fun that someone wants to book an exercise. Instructors also "train" without proper training.

Obsluha uvnitř milá. Toboggan run great, toboggans in good condition, well-equipped delivery and pickup of people up and down. The gentleman who sold tickets at the parking lot was an extremely arrogant fool. The staff inside is nice.

Professional and friendly service. The equipment is well-kept and comfortable. I recommend. Very busy in high season, so I recommend booking your lessons well in advance of your arrival.

Ve školičce jsme si domluvili ještě další den na učení, zaplatili i za výbavu (vše s úsměvem v klidu domluveno) ale na centrále nás následně nechali doplatit další celý den za vybavení!? Špindl skvělý, instruktoři také, ale dohady s plešounem a 400,- navíc zbytečně … příště jiná škola. Ski instructors perfect, but the experience of an aggressive and vulgar bald man in a rental shop was a disaster! At the school we arranged another day for learning, they also paid for the equipment (everything was arranged with a smile), but at the headquarters they then let us pay another day for the equipment !? Spindl great, instructors too, but guesses with baldness and 400, - in addition, unnecessarily… next time another school.

Prisli sme iba ako 3 uplni nelyziari na vylet so sankami a po 3 dnoch mame doma 1 nadseneho zacinajuceho lyziara. Syn je neskutocne stastny. NAJ instruktor Marek, lepsieho sme si ani nemohli priat, chlapec s fantastickym pristupom k detom, vzdy skvele naladeny a mily. Naozaj dakujeme za vsetko, bolo to na 1* They organized everything perfectly, in a few minutes directly from the hotel. We came only as 3 complete non-skiers on a trip with sanctions and after 3 days we have 1 enthusiastic starting skier at home. The son is incredibly happy. TOP instructor Marek, we couldn't have wished for anything better, a boy with a fantastic approach to children, always in a great mood and nice. Really thank you for everything, it was for 1 *

Since all lessons(group, evening,hslfday) are 2 hour lessons we thought the private lessons would be to. Only to find out at the office that 1 lesson is 1 hour. So my girlfriend had to pay double. When we didnt understand and came back later we were rudely laughed away. We rescheduled she bought. The instructor however was such a nice guy! very patient, spoke good english, and was kind all around!
