The worst customer service ever, dont waste time to go there, rude , unprofessional and with bad attitude. I travel all aroun the world and i am never been treated like this.unfortunally i cannot give them 0 star , maybe they dont even deserve 0 star, stay away from them , there are better place where u can rent sky, the only good person there is Antonio.

Avoid for bike rental. Used old bikes, twice were changing a bike because of the broken brakes! It's not bad quality it's just dangerous.

From 10-14.2 I arrived at Spindelrov Mlyn for a ski holiday, and I am honored to compliment Yellow Point for a high level of teachers and quality equipment, all at a fair price and with a courteous attitude and service. Special thanks to Jan.

My company worked with Yellow Point during our recent teambuilding event. We had one day full of outdoor/adventure activities led by their team, and in a nutshell, the following happened: Three of my colleagues were injured while riding scooters (koloběžky) -- one girl even broke a rib. One of their team members then drove their company van on the same road as the group on scooters, driving like a madman and coming dangerously close to some people. While practicing archery, one of my colleagues noticed that the bow was strung incorrectly, proving a safety risk to a bunch of people who know next to nothing about archery. The woman from YP sort of shrugged it off, sighed and reluctantly fixed the bow string after my colleague pointed out the error. TL;DR: Lack of safety measures, sketchy equipment (especially scooters) and a bad attitude/behavior from multiple Yellow Point employees.

AVOID for ski rental. Had another great holiday in Spindleruv (3rd visit) but very disappointed by the attitude of Yellow Point for ski hire which was unrepresentative of the majority of people / providers we met during the holiday. Yellow Point insisted on charging a disproportionate cost for my 7 year old girls broken ski pole which was bent when they provided it to us, clearly old and snapped clean in 2 on the first day of use. No apology for what could have been very dangerous for my girl. This was despite us using them for each of our 3 holidays for 10 people, hence taking over Kr 18,000 equipment rental from our group this year alone. Great way to look after good customers. The icing on the cake – when I complained to who seemed to be the main guy, Martinu, on returning the equipment, I was told ‘its like if you damage a hire car’ to eventually ‘f**k off out of here’. Nice! There are better and cheaper places, and clearly the service doesn’t justify the cost. Avoid, as we will be next year.

Took my two kids to ski school, for two days full days with meal. First day they learned a a lot in a small hill next to school and went to the mountain next day. Everything was top notch except for food. To satisfy kids, the meal can be as simple as fried potatoes or mac and cheese, but both days food was horrible according to my kids. Please reconsider your lunch supplier / meals. Skiing 5*, food 1*.
