★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why, but barber didn't put the tape on my neck, thats why all my clothes was in hair. I think its a bad service sign. When I pay so much money i expect a best service, not clothes that need to be washed and cleaned. My barber was Petr Michalec, i dont recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here today. The place is super hipster with a old style environment that is indicative of the old barber shops. While you wait you can have a free drink from a fully stocked sprit bar or a soft drink, even a coffee if your there in the morning.
My hair cut was perfect and my barber Martin took the time to make sure that it was exactly how I wanted I never felt he was rushed once. The basic cut is 450kc and you must book online before arriving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon might be a good experience for ppl who speak Czech, but definitely not for those who don’t speak or understand the language!!! Pathetic experience even during our second time here. Even after asking for an experienced barber, they changed to a newcomer on the spot without even consulting us. That was fine. But throughout the experience the newcomer kept smirking at our requirements and suggestions!! He didn’t speak or understand a word of English, but we were least concerned about that. All we wanted was someone professional and eager to do the service that was asked of them. The other barber who spoke English wouldn’t even help translate what we were telling our barber to do. We ourselves had to tell them to give finishing touches to the backside hair and at this all we got were confused looks! Everyone at the salon was totally disinterested and apathetic to our needs and requirements. During the billing, when we enquired about the services that we had availed and the money charged to us, they refused to give us any concession even though hair wash, blow dry, and eyebrow trimming was not done by the barber!!! Very unprofessional. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally it's a good place to come and get your hair cut, but last time was my last time!! Always pay good tips ,very good tips..But not anymore, what a arrogant place, sat and waited for 25 minutes and nobody as' NOBODY came and said anything. And I already had booked my time The day before !! So I left and the lack of service makes sure that I never step into that shop AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say that I didn't wait, even more so it was unpleasant because I had to get to a bus. I foresaw this happening and booked it 1h30 in advance as the service said 70-90 min for beard and haircut and the bus stop was close. I waited for 20 minutes but once I asked if someone is available within the next 5 min someone picked me up, did my hair and the beard in record time as well as properly done (in my opinion, I like it).
+for the free drink they offer.
+for the kindness and understanding
+for English speaking
+for timeliness in solving my issue as well as giving me the service I asked for( albeit not fully, due to constraints of time no hot towel on face. but they didn't charge me full price either)
