I don't recommend this place at all. Is not luxury at all. I got package of princess day included manicure, massage, relaxing for lag and mask for face. For massage was cold and voice of tram coming every 1 min. For manicure it was very average job and my fingers start to peeling after 2 days. Its like they have check list and they want to do it just to fill full the check list not providing quality.

I do not recommend, for the price it is a rip off. No luxus (as advertised) or whatsoever. Extremely basic service. Selection of nail polish very poor (they had around 15 colors and only dark tones). The 30min VIP zone is a dark room, where they bring just a plastic water foot massager and you. sit there with other customers. Staff is polite, specially the girl at the reception.

Terrible experience. Was waiting for relaxing lavender massage with extra foot masage and getting hurried, painful, sloppy and unprofessional process, this is not a massage at all. Masseuse was late in time, was rude and insensitive. My back still hurts. Never again and not recommended.

Average interior, but great massage with masseur from original country. Drinks (tea, water etc) included.

The service was excellent. I availed foot massage service and she was very good with her service. Staff was friendly. The only problem I faced was in finding the way to first floor. At the ground floor level, no one knew the way to first floor and I was going around the building finding my way. After much struggle, I could reach.

Nice location, nice staff, reasonable price I was traveling two months and feeling so exhausted. When I was walking around Prague, I saw their sign and I walked in. It was a really relaxed spa place and the staffs are so nice and always with smile. The price is reasonable and the Thai has good massage skill. I will recommend this place and I will come back of course!

NOT SUITABLE FOR TOURIST AND ENGLISH SPEAKERS. LEFT THE SPA UPSET AND ANGRY. Favour mature czech natives only…good massage BUT awful service/receptionist!! I had received the princess package as a present which entails welcome drink, body message, face scrub, manicure (30 mins) and aroma therapy foot bath followed by another drink. I have tried to book this appointment over the phone several times, but they only spoke czech so they would refer me to another number where they spoke English. This number would then tell me that they are in charge of their spa branch in a different location, so would refer me back to the same number. Had to go there in person 2 weeks before the expiration date to book an appointment. Explained it to the receptionist at the time and she was surprised I couldn’t book it over the phone, I then asked her if it was possible to book at a later date past the expiration and she said that was most certainly fine! So booked 2 months In advance. I even saw her type up all the things required for my appointment onto her excel spreadsheet. I had finally went and after I had my massage (which I am dedicating my 1 star towards) I was told to sit and drink my tea multiple times. I wanted to double check if my aroma bath was ready but they kept on telling me to drink my tea. I saw that they were accommodating towards the other customers there and I saw them getting their services before me. I felt like ignored as I declined buying a future promotion package whilst I saw other customers falling for the trap. An hour had passed by so I went up to the receptionist when they were done dealing with their other ‘loyal’ customers and asked if my aroma bath was ready? She was shocked that I had been waiting all this time and told me that my manicure and aroma bath was denied since I had booked this package after the expiration date. I then had to explain to her the situation, and how I was told it was okay when booking. After a good fight I was allowed to have an aroma bath (which I could have done easily in the comfort of my own home). Very disappointing, left the spa less relaxed than before coming in :(
