D	David Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in was big, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a free bottle of champagne and a free breakfast. Highly recommend!
G	Gems Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room for three persons in this place for a very good deal. The room and bathroom are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is not bad. I will definitely stay again in this place when I get the chance to visit Prague once again. The reception gave us a key to the front door, and two other keys to enter our room. There are two setbacks that are not the Royal Road Residence’s fault though as they are located on the higher floor. The ground floor and the staircase are too dusty. The elevator is old and creaks when it moves.

R	Royed Stedman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very central. Clean and nice. Very good breakfast. Wish I hadn't booked so fast though. Only realised I was in a dorm after I'd paid. Had no intention of staying in a dorm for two weeks so I moved. One tip. Perhaps you could stick the parquet flooring down in the dorm. Very difficult to move around without waking everyone up.

I stayed in many hostels and hotels and none of them asked me to my private credit card information or deposit. I think that this is not true. They should change their policy. I am a traveler and i stayed many places. They should change something. I didnt meet this kind of problem before. I wish they could be more helpful about this.

The secure front gate does give you confidence, as well as the warm and welcoming staff who speak a multitude of languages. The rooms provide all you require and are modern and very clean. There is no parking, so best use taxis and trams. I highly recommend to anyone to use this hotel. As a mid 20's couple from England on a 4 night stay we loved it. Perfectly located residence for walking to almost all of Prague's site seeing locations. Thanks for having us!
S	Shilpa TM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely place... situation right in middle of lively surroundings, many eateries just below the hotel...has a very old charm but interiors have some modern approach , view from our window was very beautiful...They had left a personal welcome note, a personal touch in making us feel welcomed... Would definitely recommend ppl who traveling to Praha!!!

The girls at the reception helped us with everything we needed considering that we were travelling with a 3 year old child. It is a residential building where the first floor has the rental flats. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast is simple, there is a little bit of everything. It has a Starbucks just below.
