It is easy to eat on the street, and the beer is delicious. The store is not big.

The palace is built on an irregular ground plan in the place of several medieval houses. The oldest parts of the palace are renaissance. In the first half of the 18th century, the house was commissioned by Vilém Count Saltz to be rebuilt into a contemporary top Baroque palace. In the second half of the 18th century it was owned by Count František Čejka of Olbramovice, according to which it received the name. The original medieval house at this place was a spa character. Later the chronicler Vavřinec of Březová was living here. He described (among others) the first Prague defenestration. On the first floor there was Proks' music school, which was also attended by young Bedřich Smetana. Also L. Rieger and J. K. Tyl lived here for some time. A Baroque portal is situated to Liliová Street, over which is depicted a coat of arms of the Čejka´s family, over which the statue of an angel is placed. Above five windows there are four allegorical mascaraes - the seasons. V domě údajně bydlel i Dr. L. Rieger a J. K. Tyl.
