Hotel Liliova Prague Old Town - Liliová 1070/18

First thing to mention, this hotel is on the great location. You will be practically in the very "heart" of the old town which is very nice experience. Everything is on the walking distance, the environment is nice, the view from my room window was very nice too. The receptionists were very nice and helpful too. On the day of my arrival, she waited for me until the 2AM. The room was very clean and well equipped (toiletries, clean towels, clean bed sheets, and even the mini fridge). I missed maybe 2 (unimportant) details. First one, the bathroom floor is a bit cold, so the pair of slippers would be super helpful. The second detail is the electric pot (with small coffee cups available in the room).

One of the worst hotel in my life. First it was awful to park because they don't even give you the right informations. Then I discovered that the room was not clean and that the shower was leaking. They offered me another room so I thought it would be the end but not at all. There is no isolation so you cannot sleep... The breakfast was empty even if I came at 8. Horrible experience here ...

Good location, carpet not vacuum cleaned, bed linen not clean, only cold water in the morning, good view but windows so dirty we could hardly see out. We asked for a cloth so we could clean up ourselves and receptionist could only find one dirty cloth!

Fantastic hotel just a few steps from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Tasty breakfasts and helpful staff. The room was comfortable enough with amazing views over the old historic Prague.

The room was very unsanitary and dirty. The shower felt like it would cave in and when turned on it fell off a few times. How this place got 4* is beyond me. We checked in and out the same day it was awful. There is also a review on here from earlier saying there was a tablet on the floor. After looking under the bed at a very filthy carpet. Seems we got the tablet room as it was still there as pictured. There was no hot water. The decor was very dated and the fridge was also filthy. This place is in desperate need of some work and investment and a very thorough cleaning. The towels smelled filthy and old before even using them.

Perfect location with fair prices. The hotel is in the Prague old town close to the river. There are lots of interesting places nearby. You can visit almost all the places by foot. You can also have a nice view of the city through the windows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also very responsive. They usually answer within a few minutes to your messages. If you need, I think they also offer assistance with airport pickup. If you travel by car, you can request them to reserve you a parking space before the arrival. The rooms were will arranged and mostly clean enough. There's a refrigerator, a safe and an air conditioner in addition to other commonly available stuff. Despite the general cleanliness, we found the inside of the refrigerator was not properly cleaned. There's some rust and looks a bit unpleasant. We didn't want to put food items without packing in there. The commode in the bathroom was also not cleaned will. We could also hear sounds of other guests walking around and opening/closing doors at night. This was not very disturbing and was fine with us. But if you are super sensitive to sounds you might not find things to be calm and silent when you are inside the room. Overall I find the place to provide a good value for money hence rate 5 stars.

As a solo traveller looking for a cheap but safe place to stay right in the centre this place fit my needs. The location is seconds from Charles bridge and many good restaurants and pubs. But my room rate was very reduced due to covid and winter "off season" stay... This is not a 4 star hotel and would say it isn't worth the usual prices... The walls are thin, the shower is old and difficult to control temperature, the mattress is thin foam which becomes quite hard minutes after lying down and the breakfast spread is very small and was late being put out every day. The staff were helpful though, looking after my luggage both before checking in and after checking out so I could get the most out of my time in Prague. Pros and cons, depends what your priorities are whether you should stay here.

The hotel is located in a convenient location close to Charles Bridge in the Old City. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the carpet had not been vacuumed and the surfaces were dusty. We asked for a cloth and cleaned the room ourselves because the cleaning staff had already left. Then we noticed the bed sheets were not clean so we had to ask again for them to be changed the next day. Our room was on the upper floor with great view over the city towards the castle. However, the windows were not clean so we cleaned them as well so we could enjoy the view. The water in the shower was cold in the morning and warm during the afternoon. We decided to leave one day earlier than planned because we were not satisfied. It was not possible to get a refund from the owner for the room or the parking we had prepaid. We do not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here, check the room before paying. This hotel could have good potential if just the basic cleaning was ok and the owner showed some interest in customer satisfaction. We can’t comment on the breakfast because we didn’t want to eat here after we experienced the standard of cleaning.
