Learn courier to speak and understand Slovak in Slovakia. He spoke Hungarian and did not understand me. But he delivered the goods on time. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jsem si objednal květinu cca za 1000 Kč. Potřeboval jsem to vyřešit i s rychlým dovozem, firma se sice tváří, že je spolehlivá, ale bohužel jsem naletěl. Před doručením mi přišel e-mail, že zakázka byla stornována a peníze vrátíme až za 14 dní. Tak jsem volal na tel co je uvedeny na stránkách, až po 4 mi to slečna ochotně zvedla, tak se ptám kde vznikl problém a ona, že neví, že už asi nemají květiny. Proboha jak může takhle velké firmě dojít květiny? Ani se nenabídnou z nějakou náhradou, či jinou květinou. Za mě obrovské zklamání a nikomu nedoporučuji, protože na flóra spoléháte a oni vám napíšou chvíli před doručením, že to ruší, hlavně, že zaplatit chtějí ihned. Nikomu nedoporučuji!!!
So I ordered a flower for about 1000 CZK. I also needed to solve it with a quick import, the company pretends to be reliable, but unfortunately I came across it. Before delivery, I received an e-mail that the order was canceled and we will return the money in 14 days. So I called the phone that is listed on the website, until after 4 the lady willingly picked it up for me, so I ask where the problem arose and she doesn't know that they probably don't have flowers anymore. God, how can such a big company run out of flowers? They don't even offer any substitute or other flower. A huge disappointment for me and I do not recommend it to anyone, because you rely on the flora and they will write to you shortly before delivery that it cancels, especially that they want to pay immediately. I do not recommend it to anyone !!!
