Hello, I have my first experience with RPS Czech and complete satisfaction for me. From reporting and writing an accident, communication with the insurance company, when I did not have to deal with absolutely anything and they did everything for me, also the rental of a replacement vehicle, and the subsequent repair in their service and handover of the vehicle. So for my person, I definitely recommend and would like more such companies that operate in this way in the Czech Republic. Good day . I don't normally write reviews, but I have to make an exception today. In Olomouc, the young driver did not give me priority from the right and crashed my car so that in the end it was a total. Shortly after the accident, Mr. Tomas Absolon from RPS arrived and offered me his services. I was scared and it didn't seem like it would cost me anything. I was dealing with such an accident for the first time in my life, but I was afraid unnecessarily. Mr. Tomas Absolon solved everything for me. It started with towing the car, he solved everything for me and the insurance company of the culprit of the accident, and then he brought a spare vehicle to my nose. He communicated with me, until the very end, until the sale of the wreckage I had left of the car. Many thanks again to Mr. Tomáš Absolon and a perfect professional approach and willingness! Good day, Unfortunately, on February 3, 2022, we were the victims of a traffic accident, when another car crashed into our parked vehicle near the road. Fortunately, he passed Mr. Kostelecký from RPS. In this way, I would like to thank him for his patience and absolutely empathetic approach to solving the accident, with the culprit and other participants in the accident + other witnesses. The whole event lasted for about 4 hours before the traffic police arrived and everything was resolved. He was kind and helpful to everyone, he explained to us how the next solution with the insurance company will take place if we decide to use the RPS service. Everything went exactly as he outlined to us. Thank you very much for all services (towing, car rental, all formalities ...) and for us a free and carefree course. Our only concern was the acquisition of a new vehicle . Today is 2.3.2022 and we ran out of money from the insurance company for the damage event. 100% not recommended. Parasitic service. Try to avoid it with an arc. I've heard at least 3 negative reviews from acquaintances, but after what happened today, I decided to write her here. The disgusting manipulative techniques of a service worker who came to an accident (after being called by the other party), in which her culprit was not entirely clear, and without knowing any circumstances (especially the other party), immediately assessed how the situation was, and blamed a member of my family. How is this possible when he was not in an accident? Then he convinced him with utterly disgusting manipulation that this was indeed the case. These parasites are circling the city looking for an opportunity to apply their techniques. If you realize how the service works: the service arrives, writes an accident report, then offers the service, including a replacement vehicle (their own, so the payment goes directly to them), the service and, by all due to the culprit's liability, insurance event as far as possible. By this decision, when the service worker does not know the circumstances of the accident and evaluates the "culprit", this "culprit" loses the insurance bonus. Of course, this is a "legal" service, but be careful that if the perpetrator of the accident is not entirely clear, the employee of this service will not be manipulatively convincing you that you are the culprit. In case of such ambiguity, have the incident investigated by the traffic police.
