Ráno volám kde je moje vozidlo jestly je už odtáhnuté do Rencku řekly že ne až přijede odtah tak vozidlo na placen není a stojí v Rencku. No masakr!!! Catastrophe. The arrogant executive is nobody talking to you. I have not experienced a worse tow here !!! In the morning I call where my vehicle is, if it is already towed to Renck, they said that no when the tow arrives, the vehicle is not paid and is standing in Renck. No massacre !!!
J	Josef Studník on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šíleně neprofesionální přístup k zásahu pri výměně kola (rezervy) na nákladním vozidle, přijeli s dodavkovou odtahovkou s minimálním nářadí poté dojela další dodávka s dalsim nářadím poté jim opět něco chybělo tak jeli z novu pro další věci. Když už vyměnili kolo tak bylo potřeba ho dofoukat na to opět neměli ani hadici na nafoukani a aby toho nebylo málo tak ridic s tim odjel asi 10km a kolo bylo úplně povolené na to nám jejich "mechanik" řekl ze ma kontrolovat dotažení kol po 10km a s tim jak jezdili tam a zpátky pro nářadí tak si nauctovali 4h prace takže cca 3600,- za výměnu. Majitel totálně arogantní a nepříjemný. Vzal jsem si od nich vozidlo na čas opravy svého vozu a když jsem ho vracel, tak zvedli koberečky,kde byli tři kamínky a řekli, že vozidlo není vysáté ... k umytí vozu měli také výhrady ,(při přistavení náhradního vozu mi bylo sděleno,že ho nemám mýt kartáčema v myčce, protože je čerstvě po opravě laku) a když jsem ho oplachl wapkou, tak mu to nestačilo...načež jsem se domluvil na 300 Kč za domytí, ale doklad jsem nedostal.. R	Renata Rybarova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Rada a firma celkově nebrat.pokud možno se jí velkým obloukem vyhnout, ani za ekologickou likvidaci nedají žádný doklad kolik peněz by vám měli dát a pan ráda vytáhne z vlastní peněženky peníze a hodí vám je na stůl. A vaše auto dle technického průkazu váží o 700 kg více než u likvidaci, to váží plast a sklo více než samotné auto nebo, že by zhubnout? Mr. Rada and the company do not take it in general. And according to the technical certificate, your car weighs 700 kg more than at disposal, does it weigh plastic and glass more than the car itself or would it lose weight?
