Ještě ve 40. letech zde byly louky a obdělávaná políčka. V 60. letech zde začala postupně vyrůstat zahrádkářská kolonie. Poté však celá oblast pustla. Rybník Terezka byl vybudován v roce 2018 už na místě bývalých ilegálních skládek a rozpadlých staveb. Revitalizace proměnila toto místo v jedno z nejmalebnějších zákoutí široko daleko. Rybník napájí potok Světluška přitékající z rybníku Ve Hvězdě a kolem něj protéká Litovicko-Šárecký potok. The area around Obora Hvězda has historically been used mainly for agriculture. J	Jarka Šípková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to hezké a klidné místo k procházkám a nebo k výletu i s dětmi. Sá se tady jet i s kočárkem. Na rybníčku už jsou opět kačeny a je tu co pozorovat. My viděli veverky a kachny a hrdličkua také volavku. Kousek odtud je i komunitní zahrada. It is a nice and quiet place for walks or a trip with children. You can also ride a pram here. They are ducks on the pond again and there is something to watch. We saw squirrels and ducks and a turtle dove. There is also a community garden nearby.
