They cleaned my down jacket, the work is very poor quality, there are many stains left, I will not use the services of this dry cleaning anymore, and I do not want others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorsi sluzby!! PROSIM NEVYUZIVEJTE SLUZEB teto cistirny!!!!! Maji pobocku v Sokolovskem Tescu - ta je jeste horsi!!!! Znicily mi bundu za 8 tisic a misto slov omluvy vam reknou at si jdete stezovat kam chci. Jen z cas vytahnou penize a navic vase obleceni znici!!!!
Please do not use this Dry Cleaners’. There is a branch in Sokolov as well. They are the worst dry cleaners in Czechia overall. They damaged my very expensive winter coat and instead of apologising they told me that if I don’t like I can go to complain. No customer service whatsoever! DO NOT GET YOUR CLOTHES CLEANED HERE!!!!!!!
The worst services !! PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS TANK !!!!! They have a branch in Sokolovsky Tesco - it's even worse !!!! They ruined my 8,000 jacket and instead of apologizing, they tell you to go wherever you want to go. They will only withdraw money from time to time and destroy your clothes !!!!

The prices were decent, but the shirts, although they were to be ironed, needed to be ironed again at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespokojenost. Čištění koberce za 1000,- Kč rozhodně vypadá jinak. Nekvalitně vyčištěný, spíše skoro vůbec a nedodržení termínu vyzvednutí.
Dissatisfaction. Carpet cleaning for CZK 1,000 definitely looks different. Poorly cleaned, rather almost not at all and non-compliance with the collection deadline.
