Po těžbě ve státních lesích je z něho krásně vidět až na Boušín.
It is an integral part of the life and work of Božena Němcová. It is accessible all year round and leads to several hiking trails.
After logging in the state forests, it is beautiful to see all the way to Boušín.

V altánu je špalek z jedné největších (možná úplně největší) doložený jedlí u nás. Tato část by měla být údajně z 18 metrů a celá jedle měla údajně kolem 68m.
Sunken, but beautiful gazebo overlooking the Upa. Around the remains of the cellars of the castle Rýzmburk.
In the gazebo there is a log from one of the largest (perhaps the largest) documented fir trees in our country. This part should allegedly be from 18 meters and the whole fir was allegedly around 68 meters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkný výhled do údolí na řeku Úpu,vedle zřícenina hradu Rýzmburka.Je zde ale absence lavic a třeba i stolu pro příchozí.Altán sousedí s novým hotelem s restaurací a farmou.
Nice view of the valley of the river Upa, next to the ruins of the castle Rýzmburka.There is, however, the absence of benches and even a table for the incoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkné místo s krásným výhledem na přírodu. Bohužel by altán potřeboval menší rekonstrukci, co se týče barev a celkového vzhledu. Zároveň by se mi zde líbilo nějaké posezení, které tu chybí. Cesta k altánu od Ratibořic vede přírodou, ale místy je velmi strmá. Místo je to příjemné ale nijak zvláštní, proto 4 hvězdy.
Nice place with beautiful views of nature. Unfortunately, the gazebo would need less refurbishment in terms of color and overall appearance. At the same time, I would like to have some sitting, which is missing here. The path to the gazebo from Ratibořice leads through nature, but in places it is very steep. The place is pleasant but not special, therefore 4 stars.
