Salabka - K Bohnicím 57/2

Stayed in the lavender room in August. Restaurant, bar, + tours closed during our stay. I pre-informed staff it was a birthday celebration and wasn't informed about closed facilities until literally arrived at the vineyard. So no birthday dinner... I confirmed a distillery tasting via Instagram message and via email, which clearly didn't happen. Welcome staffer left the grounds after checking us in, so no onsite reception. We had a phone number for texting only. Water bottle in room was previously opened and half drank. We informed staff and it was never cleaned, removed, or replaced. Gorgeous views obviously. Guests are free to wander grounds + drink the one bottle from the mini bar but no tasting or cellar to shop. First time I visited a vineyard and couldn't buy wine to take home! Included breakfast was great. Restaurant staff was nicest service we experienced. Read a negative review online from German-speaking visitors who got locked out at night. So we told a groundskeeper we would leave to Klecany to find dinner. Asked how to get back in after dark. Came back 10pm to a locked gate that didn't open the way he told us. After 3 tries thank goodness the code finally worked. Nobody around to assist. Clearly their focus is catering and wedding/event planning. The apartment guests are left to fend for themselves. Nice bubbles, but neglectful service. Great potential being squandered here. We felt abandoned.

This place was the highlight of our trip. We didn't really know what to expect when we showed up here via Uber, we figured we could do a tasting and maybe grab a bite. Turns out we got a three course meal with tons of extras, and it was the best meal we've had in a long time, and probably top 3 best looking meal ever. Lovely decor and hyper professional service. It's pricy, but this place is Michelin star worthy and the value is definitely worth it. Can't say enough good things about this place. The wines were great, and a perfect match with everything we ate. We walked out of there stunned at how great it was. Just go there!

The truffle and the dumpling with smoked pork rib broth amuse bouche were excellent and the other dishes also held a high standard. The local wines are also very interesting to try with the food.

We had an amazing experience at Salabka. We chose the five course tasting menu with wine pairings. I highly recommend the pairings as they really help to enhance the experience. Petra and Tom where friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks for making my girlfriends birthday special.

Excellent food worth of the Michelin Star. Amazing service and beautiful place near Prague zoo. We had a great evening there

Out of this World. Literally We went all in, with the 6 course menu. Every single dish was just perfect. Perfect taste, and amazing presentation. Marek, our waiter for the night ,was extremely nice, knows every single detail of each dish. Made us feel like home. Hes amazing Salabka isnt to be missed when visitng Prague. Oh, and their Wine.. is just wonderful.?

Frankly a little getaway when you are stuck in Prague and can’t travel. It has such a holiday vibe. My very fave place in Prague. Love coming back. The cuisine is lovely and it’s never boring since they do change their menu quite often. Great option for celiacs - they offer gluten free bread. ?? Dog friendly as well. ?

Salabka is an exceptional restaurant; it is probably one of the best in Prague. There are delicious food and local wine. That restaurant is an excellent choice for a romantic dinner or a lovely evening with close friends. It is highly recommended to visit and enjoy.
