Paní u kasy byla milá, avšak velice negativní zážitek z návštěvy neměla šanci vylepšit. Absolutely greasy and disgusting food. The photo speaks for itself. The chef doesn't even know what's on offer. The lady at the cash register was nice, but she had no chance to improve the very negative experience of the visit.

Restaurací bych tento podnik nenazýval, jedná se spíše o jídelnu. Nelze očekávat žádný gastronomický zážitek, ani komfortní nebo klidné posezení - tohle místo je vytvořeno na zahnání hladu a to jak dětí tak dospělých. A tento účel plní na výbornou. Ceny jsou přijatelné, dokáži si představit i vyšší přirážku. Jídlo bylo odpovídající očekávání, zkrátka přesně ten smažený sýr s hranolky, který očekáváte od jídelny v zoo. Kaše byla až překvapivě dobrá. Obsluha velice příjemná, vybere si tu každý a spolu s možností sedět uvnitř je toto místo jasnou volbou, kde se v Zoo Praha rozumně najíst. Vezmete si tácek, příbory, posunete se k výdeji jídla, které vidíte před sebou. Výběr dostatečný. Objednali jsme si řízky a buchtičky s krémem. Obsluha milá. Mimochodem ty buchtičky byly naprosto luxusní ?Poté výběr pití i kávy. Platí se u pokladny. Součástí restaurace je dětský koutek. Určitě se tady zase vrátím. ? We received a disquisting looking mashed potatoes with two big soaked in sauce flies inside (one of them was still trying to escape ...) I saw it at the casheer counter and said that I will not take it and the lady said that It must've got inside somewhere here when I was walking with the plate and that its normal !!! She took it, threw it aaway and replace with the same sauce which I got with the flies in the first place! So we payed above 300czk ( for the sauce with flies) and left the food there. Never again.
