Nedoporučuji. I underwent two procedures - scar removal and "permanent" hair removal - both absolutely zero result. Only wasted money and time, unfortunately. I do not recommend.

Na laserové odstranění chloupků jsem chodila k příjemné starší paní, naprosto bezproblémové objednávání termínů, skvělá komunikace, paní co mě ošetřovala byla příjemná, při procedurách stále obhajovala, že se efekt teprve dostaví. Když nešlo objednávání po telefonu, velmi dobře fungovali po sms komunikaci, za procedury jsem dala celkem 4.500 Kč naprosto s NULOVÝM EFEKTEM, chlupy rostou ve stejné míře a intenzitě. Po 5 sezeních v oblastech nohy, obličej a brazilka a podpaží - 2 série tzn. 10x. Zaplacenou jsem měla 5+1 zdarma když bude třeba. Bylo mi příslíbeno, že se efekt může dostavit až do 2 měsíců po 5 sezeních a když ne, mám se objednat o 6.garanční laser. Od té doby MI ZAVĚŠUJÍ TELEFON A NEODPOVÍDAJÍ NA MÉ SMS ZPRÁVY. Takže ABSOLUTNÍ NESPOKOJENOST ! V žádném případě tady laserovou depilaci NEDOPORUČUJI jsou to VYHOZENÉ PENÍZE !!! Shrábli peníze a víc je nezajímá. Ostrovského branch in Prague 5 Smíchov. I went to the pleasant older lady for laser hair removal, absolutely trouble-free ordering of appointments, great communication, the lady who treated me was pleasant, she still defended during the procedures that the effect was yet to come. When ordering by phone did not work, they worked very well via SMS communication, I paid a total of CZK 4,500 for procedures with absolutely ZERO EFFECT, hair grows to the same extent and intensity. After 5 sessions in the legs, face and brazilian and armpits - 2 series, ie. 10x. I paid 5 + 1 for free when needed. I was promised that the effect could appear up to 2 months after 5 sessions, and if not, I should order a 6th warranty laser. Since then, MY PHONE HANGES AND DO NOT ANSWER MY SMS MESSAGES. So ABSOLUTE DISSATISFACTION! By no means do I RECOMMEND laser hair removal here! They rake in the money and they don't care anymore.
E	Eva Zikmundová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice jsem se těšila na proceduru liftingu víček a při komunikaci po telefonu i přes email vše vypadalo naprosto skvěle. Ovšem když jsem se dostavila na místo už jsem tak nadšená nebyla. Když jsme sdělila na jaký voucher jdu byla s paní už těžká domluva, vůbec netušila o co se jedná a neustále mi nabízela jinou mnohem dražší proceduru. Po zdlouhavém vysvětlování to konečně vypadalo nadějně. Pak přišlo další velmi nemilé překvapení. Celé ošetření víček netrvalo ani dvě minuty, masáž a maska, které byly součástí balíčku se nekonaly. Paní jen třikrát přiložila přístroj na každé víčko a hotovo můžete jít domů. Výsledek ošetření je nulový jen vyhozené peníze. I was very much looking forward to the eyelid lifting procedure and everything looked absolutely great when communicating by phone or via email. However, when I arrived at the place, I was no longer so excited. When we told me what voucher I was going to have a difficult deal with, the lady had no idea what it was and constantly offered me another much more expensive procedure. After a lengthy explanation, it finally looked promising. Then came another very unpleasant surprise. The whole eyelid treatment took less than two minutes, the massage and mask that were part of the package did not take place. The lady only put the device on each lid three times and you're done going. The result of the treatment is zero only wasted money.

I bought the full body liposonix treatment and it was my first time at the clinic so I really thought they would treat me well at least for me to come back but no. They told only few minutes before the attendant that was going there didnt speak English and she came with a pre ordered numbers of sections she would do and no knowledge of the treatment. She was operating a machine as a child would do, not a professional clinic and the treatment is SUPER expensive. I think I paid a lot of money (a lot) for the treatment and I read the clinic shall evaluate each person to use the machine according to the body type giving more or less shots at each body part as it is needed. My arms received 6 sections each and didnt even have place for so much shots while my whole belly only got 5 shots leaving a lot of places without any shot. Is like throwing money on a trash can. I asked about it and many many times showed it was not making sense but the attendant didn't speak english and clearly had no idea of what to do and was just following orders like it was not important at all to understand my needs but just operate a machine. The person was not prepared to help me at all and when I gave this feedback to the owner she said "ok, thank you". So.. go to any other clinic people, machines they can have anywhere but good service and people who care for you is what really matter.
