I came to the appointment on time and we were also able to communicate perfectly linguistically. you examined my hair carefully and instead of dyeing everything, you spared my hair and colored it gently. thank you for the trust. the hairdresser who colored my hair was very professional and the result is so perfect! it's all natural and suits my type. when the next vacation goes to Prague I would love to come back. I highly recommed this beauty salon. I got a haircut and styling, and I was more than pleased with the performance of my hairdresser, very efficient and understanding of what the customer wants and needs.
Definitely coming for the next appointment!

Seems their hairdresser think she knows everything, but she definitely don’t know the difference between BOB and LONG BOB. My haircut is 8 cm shorter than I explained and showed on a picture. She looked at a picture once, said “aha, got it” and after was interested only in short talks. When I noticed what she is doing it was too late. I went out of this salon with a thought “that’s just a hair, it will grow back”. Definitely not a mood you want to be after visiting a beauty salon. And I am not even complaining that I was waiting extra hour in a line because they messed up a queue.
