One of the best beauty saloon in Prague. I am always satisfied with their work and prices, but it is true there should be more space. Only thing I regret is that I didnt find this place sooner :)

Terrible!! My hair has never been this damaged after dying it!! I went for my roots to be painted blonde (like I usually do), and they have totally destroyed it!! Using max % of volume and not even getting the color of my roots right!!! My hair feels horrible!!! Probably they used cheap products that have burned my hair!! Also.. the place itself is super small, really messy and crowded. It looks really bad and it's uncomfortable, they can't even rotate the chairs right. They changed me 4 times to different chairs (2 salon, 1 washing, 1 manicure) so that they could treat other customers. Also, they asked me to go to the counter and pay right in the middle of the dying and they charged me 2150CZK (€85!) CASH since they don't accept cards!!!!!! Also they wanted to charge me 2400CZK (€93) for also blowdrying it. I refused that and the girl even made a problem about that I didn't want to blowdry it. I was totally in shock by these prices, because how dare they charge so much in such a horrible looking salon with such bad service!??! Honestly I'm speechless, I'm disatisfied, sad and totally regretting ever going to that salon and spending my time and €85!!!!! In them just BURNING and making my hair look like a BAD JOKE. Now I have to go to a good salon to repair it. Terrible experience. I would never recommend this place. Ps: Also, I went just to paint my roots, but they totally changed my whole hair color and darkened it... what the hell? I never asked for this :(!!!

Don't go there. My vision of 3hours for a haircut and ligthning 1/3 of my hair is far away from what happened. Nothing has been put on my hair to protect them from the bleaching. The hairdresser left me without telling me how long it should stay on my hair. She left for like 40 minutes. Then nothing put again on my hair to make the brushing easier which broke m y hair so much + the burn. I asked for 1 to 2 tone lighter as I was havinga leftover of a color from 1 year ago. So the color looked very dark in the salon but after only 3 washes bakc home and there is so many colors on it. Yellow, golden. dark orange.... It's just a mess... For the haircut I asked for 1 cm approximatively, The haidresser used only the scissors with the brush included which does not cut hair for a clean haircut .... Honestly I never saw this before... and it is way too expensive for what it is... If you love your hair, you should not go there. I thought I would have someone talking in english but she just knew the basics. No talk almost for all that time. I did not feel relaxed either confortable all along my visit. For an expat it is really difficult to trust salons in general so please if you do not talk english do not say you do. I paid 2400 ckz for this which is way too much. I saw one your website that your hairdressers are supposedly following often courses to stay update about the last new way to treat hair. I did not feel this professionalism at all.

Changing review. I was loyal customer for years for both nail and hairdressing services and recommended this salon to my friends, but quality of service and attitude to customer have become worse now, master didn't listen to my wishes, cut my nails the way too short, couldn't draw simple design I have asked for... I couldn't hold tears looking into what my nails have become and I just asked to remove everything... Owner of salon tried to fix it and brought it to simple colour, but no proper apology and no even little discount that I believe should be offered in this situation were done. Okay, mistakes and misunderstanding happen, but important is reaction to those mistakes, goal of any business is to make customer happy and I feel that owner of place could have done so much more in this situation. I never come again and neither recommend this place.

I’ve been there one time, and it was good. I like my new hair cut. That was fast and affordable. Last but not least we had a nice conversation with the hairdresser. Will visit them again.

I went there for símple hair style 10 pins and curly hair.... took max 45 min. and they charge me 100e!!!! This I didn't pay for my wedding hairstyle.... no hair wash, no drying no nothing....curling and 10 pins....style was nice, not complaining but 100e was 3 time more expensive than what this should cost!!!! Not recommending them. They think because I am not from Czech they cab take piss!!!!

Amazing service, the report service prices is good. I recommend it so much,I went many times the lady Maria for epilation and eyebrows services was so nice so professional... Before leaving Prague I will go back for other estetics services ???
