★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are completely unprofessional, rude and hang up on you when you call. Also when visiting they do not welcome English people. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRATICE MEDICINE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When calling the office they are unprofessional and rude. Just hang up on me. This is an office in an university that have both English and Czech students. The do NOT welcome English speaking people. Told to go away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't believe the reviews but after today's experience I must say they are, sadly, absolutely accurate ?♀️? I went today as I was feeling sick and as I am a student of the Veterinary university, it made sense to go the this doctor's office that is in the centre of the university campus. First, the nurse ignored me for 20 minutes despite coming out of the doors several times. Then, when I explained why I came and asked how to proceed, she shouted at me that noone can just show up when feeling sick - you must book an appointment via call (which is not the best idea either, based on the reviews). Third, even if you book beforehand - if you're not registered with them they're not going to accept you. I'm Czech, so the language was not the problem here - which, however, didn't make this experience any more pleasant ?
I checked afterwards with the study department and here is what you can do if feeling sick & you're not registered with any doctor in Brno:
After 3pm, go to the emergency in the centre of Brno (602 00 Brno-střed). They accept you there even if you're not registered with any doctor's office yet and, based on the reviews, they even might speak some English. Good luck ? and sorry for my rude Czech compatriots, there are kind Czech people as well, if you search ?♀️??? (for instance, in the study department they are really nice?)
