I can only recommend Sanus, I was here for breast augmentation, I was operated on by MUDr. Kloud, his approach was amazing, human and empathetic, the patient does not feel bothered, but on the contrary, he begins to look forward to the operation. The nurses and other doctors were just as wonderful. I feel that the doctors and other staff enjoy their work, the patient is not a problem for them, they do not have to be afraid to ask ambiguities, ask for help, etc. In addition, I was very satisfied with the nice room and the overall environment of Sanus. I am glad that I chose MUDr. Klouda, he's a professional who knows what he's doing.

Good day. My review will be longer so that other people looking for help - originally like me - understand why I chose Sanatorium SANUS. For a long time I decided to have a breast reduction plastic for health reasons. It started about 4 years ago with a letter through health. insurance company, when the letter was unfortunately lost and then I got scared of the operation and I left everything as it was. I have been constantly dealing with orthopedics and physiotherapy for 4 years. Therefore, again in the autumn of 2020, I decided to solve this problem and solve it, not to flinch and not be afraid of both pain, the result .... The main goal was relief and getting rid of difficulties. In the spring of 2021, an unnamed doctor on plastic surgery in Vinohrady, Prague, was recommended to me. I had all the documents I needed. He was still unhappy with something, and I had a feeling he didn't want to go. I believe that after Covid, more urgent things had to be operated on, which I understand. He warned me that the waiting time would be 1-1.5 years. I said I didn't mind. I'm from the doctor, but she still felt she didn't want to operate on me. When I was inclined to think that we would leave it at that, I may have relieved him, because he immediately replied: "We will not burden the review doctor with this." This answer cripples me in my memory to this day. This time I decided to finish things my way. I called the insurance company with whom my insurance company has contracts. The choice was the Vinohrady Hospital, Bulovka, or the SANUS Sanatorium. It didn't turn out well in Vinohrady, a doctor who had operated on me in our hospital before works in Bulovka (it wasn't a plastic surgery). But emotionally and according to the reviews, I became interested in the Sanatorium SANUS. I am very glad that I did so and got to know Dr. MUDr. Martin Kloud. The doctor received me very friendly for a consultation in May 2021, he was very kind and helpful. The doctor explains what is going on, he also gives space to questions from patients. We had fun directly, which confirmed to me that I was right :). The operation was scheduled for October. So no long waiting times. Before the operation, the doctor is consistent and also thinks about the patients - if you do not want to ask something before the operation. I already had everything so studied that I didn't have much of those questions: D: D: D. The patient will be really pleased with this question. All your fear will fall :) and you don't just feel like "next in line". Unfortunately, as is the case in hospitals :(. After surgery, it's great when you're still "slow" in the doorway and the doctor asks you, "How are you feeling?" It's great when you feel perfect and this is the question :). The patient will be terribly pleased again and you have a smile on your face :). You will feel that it is not just a question of a doctor, but also as a person. The doctor always conjured a smile on my face because I was under his hands and cared with complete confidence! I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. MUDr. Erik Antuš and MUDr. Michala Hošku :). Great people :). In the Sanatorium SANUS has everything head and heel, people from the reception to the restaurant are very nice and helpful. I WANT THIS MUCH, THAT MUCH THANK YOU: MUDR. M. KLOUD for his dexterity and care. Many thanks also to the INCOME AND JIPKA DEPARTMENT ITSELF: all the nurses for their constant care day and night, humanity and helpfulness. THE ENTIRE SURGICAL TEAM MUST BE MISSED: doctors, anesthesiologists, nurses, nurses. And in this way I would like to thank Sanus for organizing the connection with RESTAURANT AND SERVICE - "Delivery to the bed" :). Many patients will appreciate when they do not have to (for me a coffee) after the operation, or even buy food in the hallway from a vending machine :). EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE, CENTRAL AND HUMAN. THANK YOU!!! :) I had the opportunity to get to know this institution not only as a health center with a team of experts, but also as great people who can give smiles, charge super energy and you know that humanity in the world has not disappeared, especially when it comes to your health :). I give 100% recommendations, MUDr. Erik Antuš and did a great job, I am excited and thank you very much. I had my breasts shrunk and it's great. Believe me, mental and physical relief is worth it, and it's not a big drama. If only one woman read this review and decided, I did not write it in vain.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I have been trying to call the department for almost three weeks now, asking for information about my planned procedure. The nurses keep referring me to call the next day. And it's been around like this for almost three weeks now. Due to the fact that no one was able to provide me with the information I asked for, I canceled the planned procedure. (Respectively, I tried to call again, no one answered the phone, so I wrote an email, today they call me where I am.) I chose a private clinic for the procedure to avoid exactly these complications. And unfortunately. I'd rather visit another resort.

I was here in surgery, friendly staff, doctors, super anesthesiologist, pleasant atmosphere in the operating room, surgery OK All I have to do is hack the activity of the city police! When I arrived at the place, the reserved parking lot was full, so I parked along the driveway where other cars stood. After my release, I find out I have a boot. The officer then told me I should have come by bus. With heavy luggage, how do I get on the bus after the operation? So what should I do if I needed to arrive on time? I absolutely don't understand! The cops could be tolerant here. I didn't bother anyone anywhere. The one who invents the zones does not use the head, but the back of the body !!!
