Položky uváděné skladem. 1 položka došla později a ta poslední vubec s odůvodněním , že nejsou schopni od výrobce zajistit. Přitom ji měli psanou na skladě. Komunikace o nedodání byla slušná. Příště budu objednávat jinde. The items they allegedly have in stock do not fit with the reality. It happened to me with 2 items out of 3 ordered. Items listed in stock. 1 item arrived later and the last one on the grounds that they are unable to provide from the manufacturer. At the same time, they had it written in stock. Communication about non-delivery was decent. Next time I will order elsewhere.

Naštěstí byla rychle uznána reklamace a vana teď přišla již 3 týdny od objednávky a je v pořádku :). Cením hlavně komunikaci, vše rychle řešeno I ordered a bathtub and some accessories. Somit habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert. War sehr nett und organisierte eine Abholung des Paketes. Geld kam auch sehr schnell zurück. Alles in allem bin ich somit sehr zufrieden mit der Firma gewesen und kann diese auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. I ordered here. Delivery was very fast, product well packaged. Podotýkám, že nám byl "přeprodán" produkt, který daný výrobce nikdy nevyráběl (mám od výrobce i písemně). Od té doby obchod nekomunikuje, ačkoli již dávno uplynula lhůta na vyřízení reklamace. Nákup fajn, ale pokud obdržíte vadný produkt, pravděpodobně máte smůlu. Doporučuji rovnou zakoupit jinde, ať předejdete případným zbytečným starostem. It turned out their pick up location stopped accepting UPS packages so they couldn’t deliver and returned the package. It is 3 weeks we are still waiting for the taps. The plumbers are almost done and leaving the house but our bath tap is having an EU road-trip… sanitino does nothing but waits just like us.. so if you are in hurry this shop can be very risky. Edit: After talking to the customer service, we got our tap in a perfect state.
