Přijely pozdě i přesto, že jsme byli domluveni, aby přijely včas, byli jsme objednáni k lékaři na určitou hodinu. Prý bylo moc aut na cestě a ještě si museli jít koupit kefír. No prostě hrůza, NIKDY VÍCE. V.T.
Absolutely unprofessional service. The crew of the car is rude and arrogant. Similarly arrogant and dispatcher. They arrived late even though we had been arranged to arrive on time, we were booked by a doctor for a certain hour.
