Absolute satisfaction, I highly recommend, and for yourself. They are professionals and experts in their place. The gentlemen advised me and I am satisfied with both the cosmetics and the rehsbilitsce.

Pros: Staff ok. Kettle. Hairdryer for rent at the reception. We did not try the TV or the terrace. Cons: At check-out, we waited for about 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive from home, and at check-out, the gentleman, representing the receptionist, did not even know about us. The room was quite small. In the heat waves, a fan would throw in the room. The hotel has already had better times.

Beautifully equipped rooms, absolutely luxurious beds, slats and mattresses (this is one of the absolutely essential things due to the frequency of my trips), beautifully clean everywhere, absolute peace at night. To some previous comments / reviews I would like to add the following .. As for the parking lot, yes, it is necessary to go around the block of houses, but it is only a minute drive and access to the parking lot is beautifully directly from the rooms. If anyone has any comments on this, it looks one way or another from the outside. For God's sake, people, it's a former factory! :)) Perhaps it's about what it looks like inside, what the equipment is, what the service is, the approach of the owners .. Everything wants its time and money .. And here you can clearly see the years of hard work that is still going on and everything is constantly improving . The owner and his mistress put their heart into it and you can see it in absolutely everything .. Since I'm from Ostrava, I'm used to the "INDUSTRY" environment :) But most importantly, you can see that the owners take perfect care of the hotel and guests, gradually they adjust everything, invest, renovate .. Which is not easy at all in today's difficult and uncertain times .. industry is .. For me absolute satisfaction, nice and modern room equipment, excellent breakfast, warm approach of the owner and his mistress .. Who is not a fan of sterile five-star hotels, who travels a lot, looking for a warm approach, an oasis of peace and personal approach, where will feel at home and will want to sleep well and relax, all in a perfectly balanced quality / price ratio, so only Saraya! I highly recommend it to everyone, both for family stays and for business trips, as in my case. At the same time you can use the beautiful wellness, which is part of the hotel. I will always be happy to return here and I have absolutely no reason whenever I look for anything else in Teplice. Many thanks to the owner and his lady for the top service and warm approach, I really could not feel better anywhere.
