It only took four months to diagnose the problem. Mr. Boss did not pick me up and when (about once a month), he promised to be ready at any moment.
T	Tomas Molnar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NESPOLEHLIVY!!! Domluva na 9tou rano u nich. Prijdu 8:50 a volam, ze jsem na miste. Odpoved - prijdu za 10-15 min. Po pulhodine cekani nebere telefon. Pak za 45min se ozve, se ma zmeskany hovor a co potrebuji :) Po vysvetleni ani omluva jenom ze je na miste :) Nikomu nedoporucuji... UNRELIABLE!!! Arrangement for the 9th morning with them. I'll come at 8:50 and call to be there. Answer - they will arrive in 10-15 min. He doesn't pick up the phone after half an hour of waiting. Then in 45 minutes he will contact you, I will have a talked call and what I need :) After the explanation, no apology just that it is in place :) I do not recommend it to anyone ...

V neděli dopoledne mi zaslali potřebné soubory na mail a protože se čekalo na větráček, bylo to hotové až dnes v úterý. Děkuji za rychlou pomoc! Great and fast service and access, the laptop terminated the service in the midst of work being done (of course Saturday night), so it went to repair that day. On Sunday morning they sent me the necessary files to mail, and because the fan was waiting, it was only done this Tuesday. Thank you for your quick help!
J	Jaromír Čermák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super přístup. Pracují i přes víkend. V sobotu ráno mne začal zlobit počítač, domluveno vyzvednutí u mne v sobotu večer. Potřeboval jsem udělat nějaké vizualizace a rendery. Bohužel nebyly komponenty, tak mi byl zapůjčen náhradní stroj. V úterý oprava hotova. Dovoz mého stroje zpět, vyčištěn, opraven. Maximálně spokojen, fajn pokec s pánem ze servisu. Za mne palec nahoru. Děkuji Great approach. They work even over the weekend. On Saturday morning, my computer started to get angry, arranged to pick me up on Saturday night. I needed to do some visualizations and renders. Unfortunately, there were no components, so I was lent a spare machine. Repair done on Tuesday. Import my machine back, cleaned, repaired. Maximum satisfaction, nice chat with the service master. Thumbs up for me. Thank you

L	Linda Jančovičová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veľmi zlá skúsenosť. Prístup majiteľa je príšerná s dôverou som mu nechala počítač s podrobný opisom problému. Išlo len o mechanickú poruchu, čiže žiadne pátranie po probléme nebolo nutné avšak aj napriek tomu som za diagnostiku zaplatila 600 korún. Po dobu 5 dní sa nikto neozýval ani len sms správou, o odpovedaní na telefonáty ani nehovorím - takže žiadny pohotovostný servis ako je uvedený na webových stránkach. Napokon sa žiadna oprava ani nekonala nakoľko škoda bola vyčíslená na viac ako 3 000 korún. Overall - neodporúčam a keby sa dalo hodnotím záporným počtom hviezd. Very bad experience. The owner's approach is horrible with confidence I left him a computer with a detailed description of the problem. It was just a mechanical failure, so no search for the problem was not necessary, but still I paid for diagnostics 600 crowns. For 5 days, no one has even heard from the sms, answering phone calls - so no emergency services as listed on the website. In the end, no repairs were made, as the damage was estimated at more than 3,000 crowns. Overall - I do not recommend and if I could evaluate negative number of stars.

Opravy probíhají velice rychle a spolehlivě, komunikace velice příjemná a ceny jsou příznivé. Doporucuji pána i všem známým. I have been using the services here several times and I have always been extremely satisfied. Repairs are very fast and reliable, communication is very pleasant and prices are favorable. I recommend the gentleman and everyone I know.
