А конкретно о Оксане, которая провела нам всю сделку покупки квартиры, от проверки всех мелких деталей квартиры, до очень сложного договора о заезде в квартиру после 6 месяцев, как мы стали владельцами. Ситуация была такая, что бывшая хозяйка соглашалась продавать свою квартиру, только с условием того, что после оплаты, она там ещё будет жить в течении полу года. Так как это было лучшее решение для нашей семьи на тот момент, мы с этим согласились. Но сложность была именно в том, как составить данный договор и вот как раз Оксана сделала самый лучший вариант. Такой, что нам бывшая хозяйка оплачивала ареолу квартиру, на выгодных Для нас условий. Вообщем хозяйка была очень тяжелым человеком, и вся сделка, плюс подписание и обсуждение договора, было очень сложным. Но Оксана во всем нам помогла и решила все проблемы!!!! Огромное человеческое ей спасибо, рекомендую всем кто хочет покупать квартиры обращаться именно к Оксане. И кстати за счёт того, что мы не пользовались услугами риелторов, а провели всю сделку через Оксану и ее коллегу адвоката, мы сэкономили на сделку порядка 50000 крон. Спасибо большое ещё раз !!!!
