Pri objednavce jsme jasne zminili nasi predstavu, ktera pak nebyla zanesena do smlouvy a nabidky, takze jako laici jsme az po instalaci zjistili, ze domluvena cast sauny nam nebyla nainstalovana, prestoze jsme o ni vyslovne v prodejne pozadali. Po zaplaceni uz se o nas firma absolutne nestarala, takze jakykoliv post- customer service nebo dodani srozumitelneho navodu (jak saunu pouzivat jsme se muselu dopidit sami) uz se nekonalo. Kvuli mizernemu servisu opravdu nedoporucuji.
 The product met our expectations, but the service was unfortunately appalling. When ordering, we clearly mentioned our idea, which was then not included in the contract and the offer, so as a layman, we found out after installation that the agreed part of the sauna was not installed for us, even though we specifically asked for it in the store. After the payment, the company did not take care of us at all, so any post-customer service or delivery of an understandable guide (we had to find out how to use the sauna ourselves) no longer took place. Due to poor service, I really do not recommend.
