All my questions were answered patiently and in detail. Already when ordering I was informed of the very long delivery time, because of the Corona situation, so that the transparency was also excellent here and no promises were made that could not be kept. As the delivery date approached it was unfortunately still not assessable when the Swim Spa can be delivered. Then spahouse.cz (Mr. Bäumel) tried very hard to find a solution and so they could offer me an identical model only in a different color. That's what I call customer orientation. The delivery was then as promised. The communication in the run-up to the delivery was perfect. Together with the Swim Spa came two technicians who took over the installation. Also for this I can only give 5 stars! Everything went very well and all my questions were answered. After the Swim Spa was installed there was a minor problem with a broken valve. When I contacted Spahouse.cz about this, an appointment was made immediately and just two days later a very friendly and competent technician came to fix the problem. So here again 5 stars! In summary, I can only say: 5 stars! Everything went great and reliable and even after that you are not left in the lurch. I can absolutely recommend Spahouse.cz and would work with them again anytime!
