Unfortunately, I cannot confirm a positive experience with customer service. In our case, the communication is completely sad from the beginning (repeated non-compliance with the promised deadline for sending the offer, absence of response to additional questions, etc.). Overall, the seller's approach and technology were as if we were buying a hot tub daily, and everything was clear in advance. In the same way, the Spa Studio completely ignored our questions and requests regarding the accessories that we raised during the installation (although the technician wrote everything down in the report stating that our colleagues would contact us, but this did not happen). Even more than 7 months after installation, we still do not have a thermal cover delivered in the color we ordered (at least we received a replacement in another color), but Spa Studio does not solve it. We always manage to get any reaction based on urgency. I consider the possibility of ensuring the preparation of the preparation, which in our case took place in order, to be positive. The whirlpool itself is fine and of good quality, with the exception of the processing of the wooden skeleton, on which it holds the sheath (the sheath is attached to the skeleton by self-drilling curves placed directly into the wood). At the same time, one field of sheathing must be removed during regular service (at least 1-2 times a month) and the screws can then be very difficult to place in the original holes (the technicians have already made up to three holes in the wooden frame on some screws before the cover correctly screwed). In addition, holes in the wood are widened by regular drilling. I would not mind such a solution if the screws did not have to be removed and re-drilled regularly. In this case, I would expect that there will be a metal screw in the wood (which is used at the joint and in cheap furniture for a few hundred in discount chains) so that handling is comfortable and does not endanger life. Despite the problems with communication, we were persuaded to choose the Spa Studio by the Lacan sheath design (which we liked more than the sheaths of any other competition), however, given the experience described above, we would rather choose another company at the cost of less aesthetic sheath. EDIT, following the response of SPA Studio - the offer for additional accessories actually came on June 1, 2021. This is both almost two months after April 7, 2021, when the offer was promised to me during the installation of the hot tub, and also after I am your e-mail dated 31.5. informed that you no longer have to bother with the back offer (because I do not intend to wait for it for several months). I literally informed you that the only thing I want to solve is the cover. You responded to this on June 1, saying that you have ordered the cover and sent (at that point no longer relevant) an offer. I did not consider it necessary to react further to this. However, I still don't have cover for almost a year since the order was created, and I don't even have an estimate of when it might be. Although the functionality of the whirlpool is not endangered, the whirlpool also does not fulfill the intended secondary function of the design element.

Incredibly professional (ie professionally and communicatively) staff, great service in all aspects. The whirlpool (Moorin Profi hydro comfort) provides exactly the services and comfort we imagined. Value for money and excellent service. Absolute satisfaction. Thank you.

I met the company SPA STUDIO some time ago when I was choosing a whirlpool, in the end I postponed the implementation until this year. They have acted very professionally in the past and have given me an interesting choice. I am currently working on outdoor wellness and I have inquired more companies. I received interesting offers for many of them, but in SPA STUDIO the offer was the absolute best and what convinced me of the quick confirmation of the offer was the meeting of the staff and the management of the sales department. I have not experienced such a professional approach, great information and a wide portfolio of options for a very long time.
