Nakonec ale slozite jednani a po odsouhlaseni finalniho navrhu nemame i pres nekolik nasich urgenci jiz pres 2 mesice termin realizace. Initially nice and professional approach. In the end, however, the complex negotiations and after the approval of the final proposal, despite several urgencies, we do not have over 2 months of implementation.
L	LIDA JÍČINSKÁ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mají zvláštní způsob jednání se zákazníkem. Nešlo se domluvit na některých úpravách v provedení kuchyně. They have a special way of dealing with the customer. It was not possible to agree on some modifications in the design of the kitchen.

Šli jsme jinam. Significantly meticulous approach and even annoying pressure even on the collection of their overpriced appliances. We received the proposal after a few weeks and without a quotation. We went elsewhere.

Kuchyň včetně spotřebičů,vestavěná skříň do ložnice,zádveří,skříňka pod televizi,skříňka pod umyvadlo do koupelny a komody do chodby. Všechno proběhlo na jedničku. Absolute satisfaction. Complete equipment of the new building. Kitchen including appliances, built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, entrance hall, TV cabinet, cabinet under the sink to the bathroom and chest of drawers in the hallway. Everything went smoothly.

Jakmile chcete trochu ušetřit, tak paní … lže a jedná se zákazníky tak, že je arogantní a dělá ze zákazníků blbce výmysly, aby to vypadalo, že všemu rozumí lépe. Snaží se vnutit drahé spotřebiče, které nechcete a nepotřebujete. Například, že vám ohoří pracovní deska, pokud si nevezmete varnou desku od ní :D Asi dřív pracovala na předváděcích akcích. Bohužel je tam nejspíš jediný zaměstnanec pobočky SAV studia. Nakonec jsem šla jinam. Negligent dealing with customers. As soon as you want to save a little, Mrs.… she lies and treats customers so that she is arrogant and makes customers stupid to make it seem that she understands everything better. They try to impose expensive appliances that you don't want or need. For example, it will burn your worktop if you don't take the hob from it: D She probably worked on demonstration events before. Unfortunately, there is probably the only employee of the SAV studio branch. I finally went somewhere else.
J	Josef Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborná zkušenost. Firma nám realizovala kuchyňskou linku a vše probíhalo naprosto bezproblémově. Od prvního předběžného návrhu emailem, přes konzultaci na pobočce až po samotnou montáž linky včetně námi vybraných spotřebičů, která proběhla dokonce mnohem rychleji a dříve, než jsme čekali. V komunikaci nebyl problém. Jednaní bylo rychlé, odborné a k věci bez zbytečného přesvědčování nebo vnucování, což považuji za velké plus. Rozhodně doporučuji :) Great experience. The company implemented a kitchen for us and everything went absolutely without any problems. From the first preliminary design by email, through a consultation at the branch to the actual assembly of the line, including our selected appliances, which took place even faster and earlier than we expected. There was no problem in communication. The negotiations were quick, professional and to the point without unnecessary persuasion or coercion, which I consider to be a big plus. I definitely recommend :)

Pak jsme byli domluveni ještě na nějakých dodělávkách v domě, ale už to pro ně asi není zajímavé, protože se k nám chystají už více než měsíc na zaměření……škoda, že si neudržel ten výborný standard, který měli na začátku :-( They made us a kitchen that they did very well. Then we agreed on some finishing touches in the house, but it's probably not interesting for them anymore, because they have been coming to us for more than a month to focus …… It's a pity that they didn't maintain the excellent standard they had at the beginning :-(
J	Jan Sommerschuh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma SAV mi dodávala vestavěnou skříň. Od nabídky, přes komunikaci termínu až po dodávku nebyl problém, i když to bylo zrovna uprostřed vlny COVIDu. Vše profesionální, skříň je parádní. Mohu jen doporučit. The SAS company supplied me with a built-in wardrobe. From the offer, through the deadline communication to the delivery, there was no problem, even though it was right in the middle of the COVID wave. Everything professional, the closet is great. I can only recommend.
