K	Karel Urban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Během výstavby nového výtahu umazány stěny chodeb, poškozeno vybavení budovy (urván stojan na kola, roztřískán obraz na stěně). Odtok v kolárně smrděl jakoby sloužil jako toaleta. Nový výtah předáván špinavý. Stávající výtah odpojen v sobotu dopoledne a po odpojení pracovní činnost ukončena do pondělí. Během výstavby byly stavební práce přerušeny na celý týden, pro obytný dům s důchodci a matkami s dětmi - skutečně ohleduplné. Této firmě je lepší se vyhnout. During the construction of the new lift, the walls of the corridors were smeared, the equipment of the building was damaged (the bicycle stand was crushed, the wall was shattered). The drain in the shed smelled as if it were a toilet. New elevator passed dirty. The existing lift was disconnected on Saturday morning and after work disconnected it ended Monday. During the construction, the construction work was interrupted for a whole week, for a residential house with pensioners and mothers with children - really considerate. It is better to avoid this company.
J	Jan Burle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rekonstrukce výtahu protažená zatím o 2 týdny s výmluvami na ostatní. Jejich dělníci klidně kouří na chodbě domu. Zdi odřené dokonce pošlapané od bot do výšky pasu. A na toto nebyl ani nikdo schopen od nich odepsat když jsem měl dotazy. Záměrně uváděné nefungující kontaktní údaje. Reconstruction of the elevator extended by 2 weeks with excuses for others. Their workers smoke quietly in the hallway of the house. Walls abraded even trampled from shoes to waist height. And no one was able to write off from them when I had questions. Intentionally provided non-functioning contact information.
p	pan Recenze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POKUD HLEDÁTE NĚKOHO, kdo vám v domě postaví/bude servisovat výtah, DŮRAZNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI tuto firmu! Když ptáčka lapají, pěkně mu zpívají. Mají jednoho technika na celou Prahu a když se sejde víc vyproštění, jako prý dnes, tak na záchranu čekáte min. hodinu! A na nějaké kompenzace zapomeňte. Co když se to stane vašim blízkým, hmm? NEBRAT!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BUILD / SERVE AN ELEVATOR IN YOUR HOUSE, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! When they catch a bird, they sing nicely to it. They have one technician for the whole of Prague, and when more rescues come together, as they say today, you are waiting for rescue for min. an hour! And forget about some compensation. What if it happens to your loved ones, hmm? NEBRAT !!!
J	Jean Puree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udělali u nás nový výtah a dveře mají dole mezeru, nahoře ne a neustále zlobí. They made a new elevator with us and the door has a gap at the bottom, not at the top and is constantly angry.

Tisíckrát lepší jsou OTIS výtahy Neumějí ani dokončit svou práci včas- oprava měla trvat měsíc a teď už čekáme dva týdny extra pracovníci Schindler se při tom ukázali v domě maximálně 7x. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! OTIS elevators are a thousand times better They can't even finish their work on time - the repair was supposed to take a month, and now we've been waiting two weeks for Schindler's extra workers to show up at home 7 times.

P	Pri Ve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stuck in a elevator with my car in Prague 5 when we contact the emergency reception the lady told us that the technician was already there and probably he was the one who put off the elevator!!!! So no paper on the door to warn us not to use the elevator, when we mentioned that to the reception lady she said that she was not here and maybe we took of the paper?!?!?!?! Is this for real???? In meanwhile the elevator was going up and down and was shaking...... When we finally arrived back down the technician said it was our fault because we went in while he was working on it, sir then where is the paper on the door so we can know not to use the elevator?? His answer was that he was just went to his car to get something.... ?????? And if he sees that the elevator is in motion than he does not understand that he cannot just put it off?? When we got home somebody from the office called and was unbelievably rude and continues to interrupt and refused to listen and try to blame us from what was just happened..... I wish I could give -1 star

The contact person was nice and arranged the technician immediately. I got released in 15 mins. Was scared and worried, but luckily I wasn't stocked too long. These stars are for customer service, not for the quality of elevator
