Pani Kovarova z Brnenske pobocky byla vzdy ochotna a pokazde bez problemu upravila navrh a poradila tak, aby nekonec vse vypadalo perfektne. Jsou sice drazsi, ale vysledek stoji za to. A taky smekam pred chapiky, kteri kuchyn prijeli smontovat. Skvela prace. Jeste jednou diky. After a long deliberation from whom we have the kitchen made, we finally decided on Schmidt. Mrs. Kovarova from the Brno branch was always willing and always without any problems adjusted the design and advised so that everything would look perfect in the end. They are more expensive, but the result is worth it. And I also smack in front of the chapels who came to assemble the kitchen. Good job. Thank you once again.

Následně je nic nezajímá. Takováto firma může dávat záruku i na celý život, protože stejně každou reklamaci odmítne. Nic není jejich chyba, za vše si může zákazník sám. Luxusní mají pouze ceny, s provedením je to horší. Tuto firmu absolutně NEDOPORUČUJI. I ordered the kitchen and everything seemed to be in perfect order. Mistake - they do not want to deal with complaints. They have thousands of excuses, mainly that they have money. Consequently, they are not interested in anything. Such a company can give a guarantee for a lifetime, because any claim will be rejected. Nothing is their fault, the customer is responsible for everything. Only prices have luxury, with worse performance. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this business.
D	Dawe B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i po předešlém objednání neochotný personál "ale tuhle kuchyň ani prodat nechceme, nám se tady líbí" - slova slečny.....natož když zjistili, že nejste z Brna.. opravdu strašné! doporučuji zajet do Zlína! tam by s emohli z Prahy a Brna učit... even after the previous order, the reluctant staff "but we don't even want to sell this kitchen, we like it here" - the words of the lady ..... let alone when they found out that you are not from Brno .. really terrible! I recommend going to Zlín! there they would learn from Prague and Brno ...

Jsme moc spokojeni jak s přístupem tak s kuchyní. Drobnou chybu rychle vyřešili výměnou celého dílu. Vřele doporučuji! Cooperation is completely seamless. Zákazníkovi se pečlivě a vstřícně věnuje (a to i na počátku, kdy zdaleka není jasné, že se nakonec jejich klienty opravdu stane) - tuto zkušenost máme alespoň s panem Čechem, se kterým jsme jednaly po celou dobu, ostatní jsme neměli možnost poznat blíže. Ochota a rychlá odezva v komunikaci nepolevila ani v době, kdy jsme řešili jak bude nábytek vypadat. Výsledná kuchyně je velmi kvalitní, propracovaná do detailu a s nábytkem jsme maximálně spokojeni. The willingness and quick response in communication did not diminish even at the time when we were discussing what the furniture will look like. The resulting kitchen is of high quality, elaborated in detail and we are fully satisfied with the furniture.

Tady nakupovat s takovým prodavačem ? Ne díky raději zajdu ke konkurenci. Ze zdravím debila Dundra stal vás 3 kuchyně do investičních bytů.
