★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherná secesní vila byla postavena v letech 1908-1910 pro malíře Františka Lexu, odtud tedy pochází její pojmenování. Vila je zapsaná jako kulturní památka ČR. Architekt Otakar Novotný ještě navrhl rakovnickou sokolovnu. Nádherná ukázka geometrické secese.
 The beautiful Art Nouveau villa was built in the years 1908-1910 for the painter František Lex, hence its name. The villa is registered as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. Architect Otakar Novotný also designed the Rakovník falconry. A beautiful example of geometric Art Nouveau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolem této vily chodím od svého dětství a vždy se sem podívám při návštěvě města Rakovníka, je to kus poctivé secesní architektury, kdy architekt nešetřil na materiálu ani stavbě a tak tu krásu můžeme obdivovat i dnes.
I have been walking around this villa since my childhood and I always look here when visiting the town of Rakovník, it is a piece of honest Art Nouveau architecture, where the architect did not spare material or construction, so we can admire the beauty even today.
