Normalne som sa spytala ci doktor berie novych pacientov a uz zvysila hlas a odpornym sposobom mi odpovedala jak keby som ju maximalne otravovala. I have to say that the nurse's approach is really appalling. Normally, I asked if the doctor was taking new patients and raised my voice and replied in a nasty way as if I was annoying her.

Zavolala som na telefonne cislo urcene pre registraciu novych pacientov. Pani na telefone bola asi najneprijemnejsou, najneochotnejsou osobou aku som za posledne roky stretla. Jej agresivne a arogantne spracanie som nemohla dalej strpiet tak som radsej zavesila. Ak toto je vizitka tohto zariadenia tak som rada, ze mi neumoznili byt ich pacientom. If this is how the people are to they patients in this ordination then I'm glad that they did not allow me to be their patients . I found a doctor's office on the internet and I made the choice because the doctor's office is near my work. I called a phone number to register new patients. Mrs. on the phone was probably the most unpleasant, the most unwilling person I have met in recent years. Her aggressive and arrogant treatment I could not bear any more so I hung up. If this is the business card of this device, I'm glad they didn't allow me to be their patients. S	Selma Livadic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever. The nurse is rude. Looks like she would throw you away if she could instead of taking care of you. I waited 2h30-3h for nothing. They did not accept to register me in their place because I am not from the area... I'm living 15 minutes walking from there... anyway... The doctor did not accept to make me even one day leave after all the time that I spent waiting... She even told me that I look healthy.. With fever, headaches and weakness... yeah sure ! pff Honestly If you can not handle taking care of people why do you even consider being a nurse or a doctor ? Worst place ever and not the only one unfortunately being like that. Foreigners really struggle being accepted in here as human being. Hopefully I found a very good place in Karlin. Mudr. Ivana Grohova is an angel, there is several doctor to where she is working and they will treat you like normal patient.
