I přes to množství hrozných recenzí jsem se sem registroval. A řekl jsem si, že svou recenzi napíšu až poté, co budu mít pár zkušeností. Teď je to už rok a jelikož jsem už řešil leccos (nemoc, přeobjednávání, mojí chybou ztracenou žádanku, erecepty atd.), je čas recenzi napsat. Vše bylo zatím perfektní, přístup sester je skvělý - poslouchají, co chcete, rychle najdou řešení, po té aroganci, o které se zde píše, ani vidu. I když zazmatkujete a uděláte něco špatně, najdou řešení, ochotně vám vyjdou vstříc. Lékař p. Seifert mladší je taky výborný. Celkově zde všechno výborně funguje - el. objednávání, erecepty na zavolání atd. Jsem velmi spokojen.

Nechápu ty negativní recenze. Jsem naprosto spokojená a můžu vřele doporučit všem. Sestry jsou naprosto perfektní a lékaři také.

Vždy profesionální přístup, vše funguje velmi dobře. Do ordinace dochazíme s manželem více, než 4 roky. Neměnila bych!

I was sick over the weekend, and therefore looking for a doctor close to my apartment in Karlin where the doctors and nurses are speaking Englisch, as I am actually not from Czech Republic, but already living here since 2 years. So I was looking on the internet and found this Ordinace. The internet page looked really professional to me, it was mentioned there, that they speak fluent English, Russian and also Chinese and Spain should be something they can handle. So I was going there Monday morning directly when they opened and the international flair was gone. If you are entering the office, you are directly in the waiting room. For non checks, it was not mentioned anywhere, if there is a reception, if you have to register somewhere, so they will put you on the list or something else. There were just a nurse room (google translate helped) where the door was always closed. Every 20 min a nurse was coming out from that door, was shouting something in Czech and some people followed her either in her room or have been directed into some different room. After the third scream, I was able to catch her to ask he, if I should go to any reception to let them know that there is somebody without appointment. She was telling me something in czech and made me understand with her hands, that I should sit down and wait. After two hours more, I decided to go. Long story short: - not suitable for non Czechs - no effort to make it suitable
