Was advised there is nothing available? Sorry, what?
Was advised the will source a third party who can see me tomorrow, at 20:00.
Alternatively, they could arrange for another dentist. But, I would have to pay for that. That's not what I pay you for!!
Who in their right mind, would allow a patient( who is in pain to wait 36 hours? Canadian medical, that's who.
Just a number in their system.
Absolutely pathetic. A shambles. Would not recommend this whatsoever.
Be as well taking the premiums and throwing them out of the window instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have membership from my husband company. I need to take paper for driving school that I'm healthy and I absolutely healthy person. And this clinic can't make it for me, because I didn't register, and they can't register me because Doctors are full.
I don't see the sense of this clinic.
They suggested me to find other Doctor who can make this paper for me. I will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with the whole experience visiting the clinic in Karlin, your visit is always well organized so if you have to go through different specialists everything is scheduled accordingly and at the same time and place. Dr. Klocokova is very professional and empathic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t agree with the comment where doctor Diamantová is basically forcing people to buy something or that doctors want to get money from the patients. I have visited dermatologists and they are very professional and they only recommend some products since they notice acne or something that doesn’t look good but can easily be removed or fixed. Same with other doctors. Doctor Diamantová herself is a little different but she is a good doctor with years of practice. Health is sometimes expensive, but it’s worth spending the money on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Dr. Teuberova and was very impressed by the level of service and care. I felt welcome and comfortable during the whole experience and each step of my treatment was explained in detail.
The service I received was superb. The medical Staff were polite professional and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. The girl receptionist, was so nice and very helpful with answering all my questions: speaks English and Russian as well- it’s perfect for foreigners.
