★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company used Senator for our trip and they were absolutely terrible. We heard others had great experiences in our group but it seemed to depend on the tour guide. 2 of the 3 tours were complete wastes of time. One of the tours was done well and the tour guide was knowledgeable.
On one of the tours they did not have enough headsets and on another tour they “forgot” the headsets. This was a problem because I could not hear anything on the Castle tour for about an hour. Additionally the tour guide walked of quickly with about 20 minutes left in tour and about half of the group was left behind. No one could find here so we just walked back to our hotel.
When I asked for a partial refund on the castle tour they refused. I explained what happened and I was told they don’t give refunds. I then asked if I could contact a manager and I was told “no”. They showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue nor did they care that about half a day was wasted.
If you are a business looking for a tour company I would suggest looking elsewhere or be prepared to have unhappy customers/coworkers.
